Fantastic service and excellent food, after visiting Italy 6 months ago my expectations were high and cynical and they were blown away, im also vegan so to have such a wide and interesting choice is brilliant, id say the only improvement would be the dessert ravioli would have been nicer as 3 larger rather than 6 tiny and some dark chocolate inside would have been perfect

Great food, great service, nice vibe. I’ve got to write 25 words minimum so nice wine, good size portions, if you’re going to get a desert go for the affogato ! It was amazing. Chocolate ravioli unusual.

The staff is extremely friendly and the meals are really tasty. If busy, the venue can get quite noisy but that's still acceptable. Great place, especially if you've got time (or want to take your time) as the service can be a bit slow.

Beautiful intimate restaurant with passionate, knowledgable and very friendly Italian staff. I was recommended the most simple dish on the menu, yet it was delicious and the best tasting pasta dish I had ever tried. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Cosy, down to Earth family-run restaurant serving one of the best selections of home made authentic Italian pasta and antipasti in Manchester. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a laid-back atmosphere make this place special.

Food was poor, and the dish i originally wanted wasn't available, but i was only told that when the waiter came to take our older. He then hurried us into choosing something else. The waitress then cleared our table after we'd eaten, but also took away our bottle of wine which we hadnt finished! I had the venison pasta, and it was far too rich, and very dry. Could've had a pasta sauce from a jar at home for a fraction of the price. Very disappointed after I'd heard such good things about it. Won't be going back.

Excellent service! Waiter was super friendly and knowledgeable from the onset. Let us taste the lovely italian wines to help us pick. Food was delicious and fresh. Great options for vegans and a little shop where you can buy ingredients such as vegan parmesan and cheese. Definitely recommend and will most certainly be returning

The amazing Italian Pasta Factory is tucked away behind shudehill near to the Northern Quarter of Manchester! The staff are lovely, knowledgeable and guide you through the plentiful pasta dishes on the menu. Today I chose the special Gemelli Integrali con Pesto Di Nocciole made with wholewheat pasta hazelnut pesto aubergine and sundried tomato topped with vegan parmasan it was delicious! Washed down with an authentic amalfi lemon fizzy soft drink I would definitley recommend!:-) x

Mother’s Day meal with 2 you’ve kids. Staff were so friendly and weren’t bothered by how much food our 1year old dropped! Wife got a free Prosecco and flower. Food was spot on and the IPA was lovely! £50 for starter, 2 adult meals, 2 kids meals and a drink each. Reasonably priced food.

The best authentic, non pretentious Italian I have ever been too! I was put off by the name and the logo and even my friends felt the same! But that is all forgotten once inside as you could be in Italy and the pasta, the wine and the service are amazing! The Vegan Parmesan is delicious 😍

We really enjoyed our starters and desserts. Weren't so keen on our mains, loved the pasta but didn't like the sauces as much, but great sized portions. Shared a carafe of their red wine which was really nice and a couple of the lagers which went down well. Service was great, staff were really nice and welcoming and the atmosphere lovely. Bought a vegan Parmesan from their shop and I would recommend! Lovely evening all in all and will be returning.

Interesting choice of pasta. Superbly cooked and presented. For dessert I had ravioli do cioccolato mandorle e amaretti, a handmade chocolate ravioli - who knew chocolate pasta could taste so good! Relaxed atmosphere. Booked an early table, was told not to rush, encouraged to sit and enjoy the food and wine. Not many restaurants encourage this on a Friday night and we were grateful for this perk. Friendly, efficient service. Highly recommended.

A lovely restaurant with perfect vegan options and home made vegan cheese, all wines vegan, the only vegan ravioli I have ever had. But we booked a table and brought friends and were asked to hurry and finish our meal as they wanted the table for another party. We were just on our deserts and this rather spoiled our coffees.

Best Italian restaurant of Manchester. Servizio impeccabile e cibo di ottima qualità. La sensazione è di trovarsi veramente in Italia, poi il caffè servito con la moka è molto scenografico. Lo consiglieremo a tutti i nostri amici.

The atmosphere, staff (all the waiters were so lovely and cheerful) and food were all incredible - my one complaint is how cramped the room was. I'd have found the experience so much nicer if the tables were spaced out better.
