Fantastic dining experience! Authentic Italian cuisine, served by attentive and knowledgeable staff. The pasta was so good I couldn't resists buying a couple of portions to take home and use myself (Andy was also incredibly informative e.g. storing the fresh pasta and advising what to cook it with). Truly amazing! Will definitely be returning.

It was lovely, loved the srvice and the food and the atmosphere, only drawback is that the place was a bit tight, the tables a bit too close so there wasnt much privacy.

Cant praise this place highly enough, great service with amazing fresh food. Authentic Italian cuisine, no celebrity chefs here pretending to cook Italian food, just Italians who care passionately about their art. If you love genuine fresh food with quality ingredients you will not be disappointed here.

Unbelievable pasta quality, great staff and atmosphere! We came on the back of a growing reputation in Manchester for the best pasta and attention to detail and left with an even better experience. Fabio the waiter sets the tone and is at the top of his game knowing the menu inside out, the wine list and menu are completely unique and the pasta is unbelievable, definitely recommended and will be back!!

Fantastic food as always, pasta was delicious. Waiter was very helpful, and provided some off-menu wine which was amazing and complemented the food perfectly. If you haven't been here you are missing out!

If I want to have a great meal accompanied by good wine and immersed in a warm atmosphere in Manchester, that's the place I always go. The quality of food is excellent - this time the star was a green dream of spaghetti with a creamy, nutty sauce and basil (oh the the fried zucchini on top!). Fresh pasta, attentive service, can't ask for more. Trust me, I'm Italian.

They are serving amazing food and have a super friendly and happy team. Ordered the mushroom ravioli as main course and what a great dish.

My partner and I dined here on Valentine’s Day. We had to amend our booking time twice due to the horror of having to deal with inevitable Transpennien Express cancellations. The staff were fantastic in accommodating this. We both had the Vegan set Menu (even though we aren’t vegan) and it was quite simply superb. The service from Luca was also a highlight. Would highly recommend.

Always great food and service at Pasta Factory. Have brought family and friends here and they all love it. Also they have a great deli counter where you can buy their pasta, or cheese/meats. I always get a tub of nduja when I go in.

Friendly staff with great service, good food but quite pricey. Would go here again if they had an offer on, excellent options for vegans and vegetarians.

The food is great- really authentic and unusual Italian dishes. You feel you are getting the real thing. The staff are helpful and service is good. The only reason I gave it a rating of 4 is because they don’t serve any side dishes such as vegetable or salad, which I found a bit weird.

This little place is lovely, the food great, not a large menu, and the staff attentive but not too much. We had a lovely time.

Absolutely amazing food and excellent service from Luca. The bucatini negro was to die for, but there were also loads of great vegan options and the mushroom and truffle ravioli with cashew cream was especially good. Will come back soon!

Great experience. Will come again. Great atmosphere, great service and the food. I think this is actually the most authentic place when it comes to pasta.
