Finalmente un posto dove si può mangiare "vero" italiano, lo staff e Fabio sono stati gentilissimi e il cibo, nel mio caso, la pasta era molto buona. consigliatissimo a tutti gli amanti del carboidrato made in italy

The food was great as always with plenty of options to chose from. I love the relaxed atmosphere here however on this occasion the service was a little slow. The food took a long time to arrive and we were waiting too long to pay.

Great and friendly service from fabio enjoyed the Pasta abd bought some to bring home. Thought the menu a bit short but we gad tasty food

Absolutely amazing restaurant with super friendly service. Lots of choices for those with dietary requirements, vegan and gluten free clearly labelled. Nice environment for everyone.

Our table of five had dairy, gluten, tomato and pepper intolerances, a vegan and a pescatarian. The service was exceptional. Fabio, the head waiter, sat with each of us and tailored our meals as required. The food was fresh, balanced, rich and perfectly done. The wine was wonderful. A relaxed and informal atmosphere made this a great place for a low key dinner with friends.

The staff were fun and very helpful and the food was amazing to help. Overall a great experience, would definitely go again and recommend to anyone.

I love the Pasta from the Pasta factory. And I love that the menu changes quite often. It never disappoints.

Best Pasta in Manchester. Place always has Italians dining there... which to me is a really good indicator of how authentic the food is. If you like Pasta, you’ll love it here.

We had some lovely food and some even better wine. There's loads of vegan choices, even desserts. I've been twice now and had a lovely time both times.

Informed staff we had a gig to get to and accommodated a very quick yet still attentive service. Always great quality; that’s we come back and back again.

Great pasta which is all freshly made. There are options to please everyone from meat eaters to vegans with friendly, helpful service. Great lunch time option; highly recommended.

Delicious pasta; good service. Busy, so best to book in advance. Improved menu with more veggie options which is good. Our desert wasn’t amazing but the pasta more than made up for it!

The food is amazing as uaual, very authentic Italian pasta that is cooked to perfection. It is so delicious I bought some fresh pasta home, too! The staff are knowlegable about wine, attentive in providing a seemless service and dedicated towards creating a memorable dining experience.

Love this place, feel like you step through the l doors and you're transcended into a little restaurant down a side street in Italy. Service is excellent and the food is better than most restaurants I've tried in Rome!

Lovely food, fast friendly service, fab coffee!! Really unusual options, great for my veggie other half who often finds veggie italian a little dissapointing. Even picked up some vegan parmesan to bring home.

Pasta dishes were great as always. Chef and waiter know their pasta and wines really well also amazing recommendations. Squid ink pasta is definitely a must have.

Pasta served cold. I returned it but after waiting a further half hour for it to be reheated I decided to cancel it. I will not be returning.

Service was amazing. We had the bruschetta, and it was very good. My fiancé had the ravioli and compared it to chef boy-r-dee. It was rubbery and bland. I had the three cheese pasta and it was very heavy on the Parmesan. We ended up swapping dishes and were just not thrilled with either. For dessert we each had the vanilla ice cream, my fiancé had it with a coffee and a chocolate liqueur, and he loved it. We had the house red wine, and it was just ok. I hate giving such a low rating, as our appetizer and dessert were very good. The service was also very good, but I struggle to see how rubbery, bland, and overly cheesed pasta yielded such great reviews online.

Beautiful food as always (been gmhere maybe 10 times), started with the Sicilian chickpea fritters, then had my favourite black truffle ravioli and tried a delicious mango and coconut raw cake with lemon sorbet for dessert. I can’t recommend this place highly enough for great Italian food, easy going atmosphere and catering to vegan and GF diets

Delicious homemade pasta and great staff! We had a lovely evening - make sure you book a table as its quite a small venue and gets very busy!

Something different to your ordinary Italian in Manchester, as Pasta is freshly made and combined in a dish that is unlike any of the traditional fare Staff are very friendly and helpful, confident enough to advise on dishes and wine Would definitely recommend as an alternative and good quality casual dining experience

The pasta is very nice and fresh! I like the octopus salad. It is very refreshing! Would recommend for those who seek for authentic and good-valued pasta in town!

Fantastic service and excellent food, after visiting Italy 6 months ago my expectations were high and cynical and they were blown away, im also vegan so to have such a wide and interesting choice is brilliant, id say the only improvement would be the dessert ravioli would have been nicer as 3 larger rather than 6 tiny and some dark chocolate inside would have been perfect

A lovely welcome and pleasant service. The food and wine was delicious with an unusual selection of very good Italian beer. All of the pasta is exceptional.

Great food, great service, nice vibe. I’ve got to write 25 words minimum so nice wine, good size portions, if you’re going to get a desert go for the affogato ! It was amazing. Chocolate ravioli unusual.

The staff is extremely friendly and the meals are really tasty. If busy, the venue can get quite noisy but that's still acceptable. Great place, especially if you've got time (or want to take your time) as the service can be a bit slow.

Beautiful intimate restaurant with passionate, knowledgable and very friendly Italian staff. I was recommended the most simple dish on the menu, yet it was delicious and the best tasting pasta dish I had ever tried. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Cosy, down to Earth family-run restaurant serving one of the best selections of home made authentic Italian pasta and antipasti in Manchester. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a laid-back atmosphere make this place special.

Excellent food and Service. A real find in the northern part of manchester city centre. Nice to find traditional italian food rather than the chain restautrants.

Nice meny, friendly staff. We where very pleased with our dinner and our beverage, nothing to complain about. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere also and for us that’s a plus!

Food was poor, and the dish i originally wanted wasn't available, but i was only told that when the waiter came to take our older. He then hurried us into choosing something else. The waitress then cleared our table after we'd eaten, but also took away our bottle of wine which we hadnt finished! I had the venison pasta, and it was far too rich, and very dry. Could've had a pasta sauce from a jar at home for a fraction of the price. Very disappointed after I'd heard such good things about it. Won't be going back.
