Amazing Sunday Roast. Kids loved it, especially the huge Yorkshire puddings. Table reservation made very easy with online booking. Very attentive and welcoming staff. Would go back

Could have been better. Service a little slow, we were a table of eight, and my meal was missed off the order. To be fair I was not charged for my meal but it was not good.

Waited 45 minutes for a main course only questioned where it was to be told another 20 minutes no apology and was charged full price for the drinks would not recommend

Very welcoming, with superb food from an expansive menu. Couldn’t fault the attentive service. Waitress service as booked the table but casual dining also available. Good value.

Excellent food. Service was “ok”. I think the staff need some lessons in hospitality and how to welcome customers. Most staff had their heads down avoiding eye contact. Otherwise very good

We pre-ordered so our food was ready within 10 minutes of arrival. Generous portions, very tasty, friendly service, good value. It's our venue of choice for work gatherings!

Great selection of good food. Something for everyone in our party. Busy restaurant but still excellent service. Highly recommend a visit for good food on a night out and even for a celebration.

Excellent service and everyone in our party enjoyed their food.....the roast dinner was plentiful and delicious. The desserts were large and very yummy! The final bill was extremely reasonable for such a lovely meal.

We were a family party of 7. Service was very good. Food was well presented and arrived quite quickly after ordering. Only a couple of very minor criticisms. 2 of the menus were rather sticky and we had to ask twice for some cranberry sauce before it eventually arrived.

Really great Sunday Lunch, go there hungry as portion sizes are good. Shame no senior citizens menu but they will do a limited choice of children's roasts for those with a smaller appetite. Pudding menu also limited would like to see a couple of extra selections available. Much nicer surroundings now it's been refurbished.

Food was excellent. It was fresh tasting and nice and hot on arrival. The wait for drinks was FAR too long and it took some time to get the bill sorted

Food was lovely and well cooked, staff were attentive and friendly. Would have been 6 out of 6 but for a bit of a wait at the end to pay our bill.

Very disappointed. Table for 7pm. Starter arrived at 7.50. Main course arrived at 8.30pm. Food was nice but wasn’t in the mood by the time it arrived. Had the manager banging packs of ice on the bar right next to our table. Had to ask to have the music turned down as we were right next to the speaker. Manager was very curt in his speech to customers and staff. Had to ask for the vegetarian specials but then the waitress forgot to tell us what they were. Had to get our own special menu. Just shocking — was supposed to be a lovely meal for my husbands birthday. Won’t be rushing back
