Food was good but we were sat by kitchen/coffee machine so quite noisy. We weren’t told to order at the bar so we were waiting for order to be taken for quite a while.... nice place tho.....

Great roast dinner and first class service. Waitress even offered my 10 year old an extra enormous Yorkshire pudding which he gratefully accepted and enjoyed.

Never again on a Sunday.. Have been here few times in week and always good, Sunday wasn't after young lady took the order came back to say had no deboned chicken but had thighs and no beef...We then reordered and waited and waited..it wasn't very busy tables were left uncleared people on next table said been waiting half hour nobody has served them..After 45 minutes still no food asked to speak to manager who was very young as were all staff. He was very patronising and after lots of excuses and we were not happy he asked us to leave...my job is with customer service and he had no idea how to handle the situation where were the experienced staff ?? I have spoken to friends who recently have had similar experiences recently and will not be returning. What has happened here!!

Great food and even better staff. Drew was excellent. I recommend it.

On the whole the food is good but I was very disappointed with my woodland chicken and my pudding was awful .

Staff very attentive. Food was amazing. One of the best roast dinners we have had. Eton Mess for dessert was lovely too. Good price. Would highly recommend.

Generally OK This was our second visit and it was quite noisy when we arrive but hey ho it was early so expected to some extent. Table location this time towards front of dining area but preferred the rear of the room where we were the first time

Lovely food was told in advance there was a 40 minute wait but we didn't mind Sat outside as it was a lovely evening Staff were very friendly and polite

The service was very slow and I was disappointed by my food but others enjoyed it. Very limited vegetarian choices and mains repeat starter choices.

It took 45 minutes from ordering to receiving our meal. At one point, 42 minutes, we asked where our food was, as no one had asked if we were ok. We were told it would be another 10 minutes. We said you have five and then we are gone. 3 minutes later it arrived!

Nicely set out, good atmosphere and friendly staff. Just A shame about the food.

My only gripe was I asked for sweet potato fries instead of the ones stated but the meal came without even though I had paid for the 'upgrade'. I complained and they brought a bowl of sweet potato fries. The same had happened the time before too!!

Mixed grill and the serlion steak were very good. Hunters chicken dry and looked like a child’s portion. We were seated in a corner and felt like we were just left, service was very poor and very slow when you got it. They ran out of Guinness so we didn’t bother with desserts and went home. Over all food is ok but customer service is not.

The menu had apparently just been updated, so some choices shown on the website weren't available. Burger was quite ordinary - wife's choice (chicken) was better

Whilst it was noisy it wasn’t offensive and although there was a wait for food we were kept informed by very pleasant staff.

Short staffed. Summer menu is not as good as the winter menu

What a great pub, fab food at a good price!

First meal brought to table of 8 was steak. Last item to come to table was sauce for the steak. Ordered 2 steaks but only wanted 1 sauce, got & was charged for 2 sauce. Kids meal, included drink was never brought.

Food was great no issues there. we felt service was a bit lacking this time. we were sat around waiting quite a bit this time to the point that we decided to leave and not have desert this time.

Best mixed grill ever for me and my wife loved her lasagne. Desserts were ok but no wow factor will be going back though on our next visit to Warwick. Service was good especially as it was so busy, my pale ale was best I have had for a while.

Good food & despite being busy the wait times were fine. Only issue was that the staff were a tad clueless. Taking orders to the wrong table, no manners - talking over people and shouting orders across the place.

Great, traditional pub and restaurant. Good food and friendly service. Dogs allowed in the bar area which has amble tables to eat. room to sit our weather permitting.

Several of the party thought the food was a bit odd. Bar staff are friendly enough but it took about 30 minutes for food to arrive and I guess that seems a long time when you are on a lunch hour from work.
