Great selection of burgers which come in large portions, with plenty of extras available if you need more. Great service by the bar staff, friendly and quick, can with a helpful attitude. Great selection of beers, from pump ales to lagers. Very enjoyable evening at a friendly pub.

Magnificent as always... creative menu for everyone, vegans thru to carnivores. High quality food, always a pleasure, it’s a little cramped, but then we don’t care, as it means there are extra tables to accommodate and make it possible for us to eat there when we are in town. Cosy and well worth a visit ❤️❤️❤️

Some of the best burgers I’ve ever seen and eaten! Really really good. Definitely going back soon and would highly recommend to everyone. Reasonable value also.

The Rockstone has a really lovely and interesting menu and a great range of drinks. The atmosphere is really nice and friendly, and we had very good service.

Most excellent food and atmosphere made all the more as it was discount burger Tuesday. I recommend Rock Stone Very highly any day of the week.

Good food, good service, good atmosphere! Took some friends who were visiting Southampton to try one of their famous burgers and they were not disappointed.

Wonderful pub with a massive selection of drinks and amazing food. Welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in to the moment you walk out. Top place and will definitely visit again when in the area.

Had an amazing meal at the Rockstone last night! The food was crazy good and the staff were friendly and polite. We can't wait to go back! The only thing we thought could be improved is if the staff came to check on the table a bit more.

Cosy pub in town. Really nice atmosphere and staff friendly. Great food and excellent value for money! Most items on the menu can be made gluten free or vegan which is a massive bonus for me and everything I’ve tried has tasted wonderful. Big portions too so you won’t leave hungry!

Best place to go for burgers. Very happy vegan, vegetarian and meat eater! Which rarely happens when we all go out together. Something amazing for everyone!

Nice atmosphere to the place. Quick and kind service. The pub had a good selection of real ales on cask. The food came quickly and was excellent, with very large portions.

The food is great. The selection of beers extremely good and varied. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable on all their products. Monday and Tuesday burger night is good value and popular, so book a table. The only issue is parking, only permitted cars or 2 hours.

Decent food, massive portions, great selections of craft beers and ale’s. Overall a good experience, I would return to eat at the Rockstone pub again in the future.

Really enjoyable time. I would only maybe like the table for a bit longer so we could stay and enjoy the food and beer. But having said that we appreciate that it was beer festival weekend so tables are in high demand

Our impression when we first arrived not what we expected. Oldie worldly pub and smaller than what We thought especially for hosting speciality burgers. Saying that the food was great , more than you could ever eat and the staff really friendly and nice . Would reccomend and would definitely go again when we are up this way as we went from fareham .

Great atmosphere with friendly staff and the food was brilliant. We had one vegetarian in our party and they were most impressed with the amount of choice they had.

The food is brilliant and most of the bar staff are lovely. Drinks are always interesting too. Only reason it's rated less than 6 was due to one arrogant member of staff making my friend feel uncomfortable, but I've never seen him there before so maybe he's not a regular member of staff.

Nice atmosphere and food was so good I returned with my husband the week after to treat him to the amazing burgers. Staff were friendly and helpful. Even though it was busy, they were very attentive and always there when you needed them.

Nom, Nom, Nom, Nom, Nom - Excellent burger yet again,. I like me some spicey food, and their new spicey selection burger is a fiery beast (albeat not as mouth-wateringly scorching as the old Monty Burns)

Love the burgers and brilliant imaginative menu choice at the Rockstone. I always go with my veggie mate who's delighted by the range if veggie and vegan options. Glue free buns are top dollar. Only shame was they'd calmed down and changed the hot sauce and I adore the inedible raging hot stuff! Bring it back guys and see you soon 🙂xx

Very nice, staff seemed a tad over officious about ID for a drink - both parents present to vouch for his age but our 21 year old who is a third year medical student couldn't have a beer. Sure they were doing their job but was but if a shame!

Great value, good food, generous portions, friendly staff! Not fancy in anyway but worth a trip. Brilliant meal names - someone is a pun genius!
