The staff were very efficient. The food was lovely and served quickly.

Great food , cheap prices and friendly staff 10/10 but the only thing that let it down it was chilly sitting down stairs

Had table booked the other night, the restaurant was very busy but that never changed in the time you got your food, very good service staff very pleasant although they were run of their feet

Out for Anniversary meal with kids. Took advantage of the August promotion that made it even better. Staff always busy looking after customers, nothing too much of a problem, didn’t feel rushed to finish the meal and nice relaxed atmosphere. Great to have this place back open PS can’t wait for the Carvery to be back

Brilliant food & restaurant. One of our favourite places to go although the staff members let the place down. Standing behind the bar gossiping & chatting amongst each other loudly whilst people are trying to enjoy a meal. Would definitely return but staff need re-trained as it is highly unprofessional!

Just re-opened as hotels restaurants are now under new rules for covid. Greeted at door and led to table as pre-booked under this app. Restricted menu I had the cheeseburger and my partner had highlander chicken. Both meals served quickly. Hot and tasty with lots of chips with burger. Plastic screens between tables, hand sanitizer and tables wiped down after every visit. Good to know you are safe to eat on this establishment as safety comes first.

Was out for a meal with my wife, the staff were very professional with regards to the changes that had been implemented due to Covid-19 restrictions, the food was really nice, portions were huge, great value for money, well worth the money, will be back again, possibly next weekend

Lovely meal. Staff were friendly and food piping hot. Only one small problem was when I asked for bill. Waited 10 minutes and no show. Had to go to bar to find out bill and pay. Otherwise would have got a full star rating.

was on on Sunday with partner. I had the Ciabatta with minute steak and chips/salad. Waitress asked how I wanted my steak done. Was piping hot with choice of peppercorn or mushroom sauce. I chose peppercorn Cannot remember what partner had. Only 1 small thing asked for bill Waited 10 minutes, had to go to bar to pay bill

Some of my meal was cold when I received it but overall good food. There was also one of the servers who was speaking to people with her mouth full which is not only unprofessional but disgusting. Usually food and service is great so will be back and put it down to a bad day.

From first going in and being greeted by a waitress, all went well. Friendly staff, good options for all. They have a high tea menu, normal menu, one for pensioners, spoiled for choice. There are also specials for today. I had the cheese burgeer and my partner had pork and black pudden stack. Both were steaming hot with mash on pork, smooth and creamy. Great food, we were so full up could not have a dessert.
