The rice is hard, I think it maybe has been stayed in the fridge for a bit longer. The environment is ok, not too crowded.

We were made welcome by the server at the entrance, the food and the service were amazing, we ordered the pepper chicken, seafood udon, chicken katsu curry with rice, octopus balls and chicken gyoza, and salmon, avocado sushi, all delicious and freshly made. Very pleased with the experience and we will definitely return. Highly recommended. Thank you.
