SWAN INN BROADWAY

Attentive staff, great ambience and delicious food. Highly recommend for any occasion dining.

We will visit again when in the area, but the top score was not given as the waitress was very poor not addressing our dietary requirements by asking the chef if adjustments can be made (very unhelpful). I am sure this is not the standard you want to promote.

The restaurant was really nice. The waitress was very efficient and friendly. The food was great, very tasty, the starters were on the small side for the price.

Restaurant very hot, no a/c and only two ineffectual fans. First choice meal not available. Roast beef very good but veg very overcooked and Yorkshire crispy but edible. Chicken roast was laughable with the tiniest piece of meat representing ‘half a roast chicken’ I can’t stress enough how bad it was. Overcooked to the point of being burnt and inedible. You could not tell it was chicken, I’m not too sure it was as it also had an awful lot of fat attached. In all fairness the waitress offered to get another piece but to be honest we were so hot, uncomfortable and disappointed we didn’t want to prolong the experience. To finish off, the ladies toilets were not good, not very clean, hook broken and mixed tap hanging loose. All in all an expensive and much looked forward to evening spoilt.

I booked the Swan as it had excellent Gluten Free options and I was not disappointed. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and shown straight to our table. Service was excellent as with the choice of food. Service was faultless and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Broadway. I would certainly book again when we are in the area. Great food and service. Ambiance of pub lovely too. Bit of a discrapancy wirh the bill which was not explained to us initially. We queried it, the bill was re done and we ended up paying more! This was not explained in detail, and the waitress seemed to think we blamed her. This is not the case at all, but it left us feeling a little perplexed.

Excellent service and food, we will certainly be back the next time we are in Broadway

Fantastic food and service from Anne Marie at the Swan

We opted to eat in the bar area as we had two dogs with us, the staff were very helpful and made sure we were comfortably seated. The menu wast very comprehensive but we opted for the chicken leek and chease pies. An absolute winner ! Will be going back as soon as possible

Lovely venue, and a great atmosphere. Will definate go back!
