Very friendly and helpful staff and the food is very good. The ambience is better in the evening when there are more customers but lunch time is very nice for a chilled lunch.

The food is superb. Service and atmosphere very conducive to a good evening. Well worth giving this restaurant / pub a visit. Looking forward to our next visit.

Disappointing, food was cold on each course, even the warm chocolate brownie was cold! restaurant was also cold not a great evening and we had high expectations as we'd heard so many great reviews. We did get some money off the bill which was a nice gesture but we certainly won't be going there again. If I'd wanted cold food, I'd have ordered a salad!

Great place beautifully decorated. Friendly, polite staff and good service. Good value and delicious food with lots of choice including take-away menu. Would highly recommend for all occasions.

There is always a good atmosphere in the restaurant, the staff are friendly and the food is good - you cant say fairer than that. I would recommend it.

The good was brilliant and so tasty, the staff were lovely and friendly and the atmosphere is quite sophisticated but comfortable and relaxed. I love the opulent style of the decor too. Overall a great experience.

Great evening to celebrate son's birthday. Good size portions and Food as always excellent. Service a bit slow but they were very busy and the waitresses are lovely. Highly recommended.

Excellent in all areas with staff who knew a great deal about their food and beers. With tables well spread out, the dining experience was very pleasant. Food quality was quite splendid. This was our first visit but, knowing it is so close and so good, we will be returning. Thank you

There was a good selection for food available on the menu and it is great for vegetarians. The decor inside is lovely and creates a nice atmosphere.

Excellent Food, quick service, friendly atmosphere, great selection of beers, lunch menu of Thai dishes as well as some traditional English pub meals. Takeaway is also an option

Such a shame.. We've been before and it was great, but this time the service was awful. Ridiculously slow, didn't smile once, and not very helpful! It was really cold in there, lots of the other diners had had to keep their scarrves and jackets on. Bins in the toilets were overflowing, and toilet roll empty, which is appalling considering we were there for lunch and some of the first guests in. And also they do have highchairs, there is no children's menu, and again, our waitress was most unhelpful in organising a child sized/appropriate meal. So sad, as thefood is amazing, but it was hugely let down by everything else. We were a party of 6 during a very quiet time, but it was well over an hour before our main meal was served. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend it anymore.

Only two serving staff who were doing their best but were over stretched. The food was not good. Tasted of old oil and not much else. We will not be going back.

Booked white lion and dragon out of blue and was pleasantly surprised. It is a thai restaurant within and English pub. The decor was very nice, but the food was exceptional. Would defiantly go back again.

Nice place (clean and well decorected etc) and good service but to me the food was only average. There was no depth of flavor to the meal which was served far too quickly. It was OK but I have had much better Thai meals and will not be going back.

An extremely good meal. I had the garlicy chicken, my son the nasi goreng (had before and was frankly underwhelmed), while my wife had the jungle curry (good by extremely watery). Service was excellent.

They take "tastecard" which makes it amazing value and the food is excellent. However you have to be prepared to wait for it as the service is getting slower each time I visit.

Great food, great service. Unable to pay tip by card. And on Mondays, we were surprised to find it was BOGOF! Great experience, every time!

Very good all round. Food very tasty and able to cater for veggies and gluten free requirements. Set menu was a good choice for the novice. A bit disappointed to see the washing up done in the restaurant as we approached closing time, and prices a tad high compared to other options locally, but thats all would say that wasnt positive. Overall very satisfied and would recommend without hesitation.

Was a lovely evening, service very good, food delicious. My husband was a bit put off by the waitress cleaning the cutlery at a table in the corner. There was knives clanking every few seconds. Possibly cause it was a quiet night and wouldn't stop us going again, just a bit off putting when trying to relax.

The food was lovely. I had the chicken and mango salad which was very well presented and very tasty. The atmosphere was very relaxed. It was a great way to spend lunch.

Food delicious and great service. We went at lunchtime so very quiet and a bit chilly, but otherwise loved it. We particularly enjoyed the kingfisher mixed starter platters and massaman curry.

Excellent Thai Chefs cook up some of the best food in the area. The waiting staff are very efficient and the atmosphere and decor are very relaxing. All in all my favorite Thai in Surrey :)

Gorgeous Thai food, with lovely staff. The decor is authentic and the food tastes just as though it's come from a restaurant in Thailand. Highly recommend

The service was really slow, they were just understaffed. But I have to say that the wait was worth it as the food was wonderful.

When we arrived at the restaurant, it was not busy. More than half the tables were not occupied. However, it took more than half an hour for our drinks to arrive, and more than an hour for our food. We then ordered a second round of drink which never arrived (but did show on the bill until I pointed out the mistake). Staff were almost invisible so I had to go to the bar to get more drinks and (when it came to it) pay the bill. It was Mother's Day, so I would have thought that they would have scheduled enough staff to serve customers. The food was alright. All in all, VERY disappointing.

Visited on Mothers Day for lunch. The restaurant was severely understaffed. We waited 40 minutes to order and received our starters before our drinks were delivered. Very disappointing considering that the day was a special day and one where the restaurant was likely to be extra busy. Once we got it, the food was excellent..

We go to The White Lyon and Dragon quite often. We love the atmosphere and the service has always been first class. We can't fault it.
