Cozy clean calm eating... Great location not too noisy and lovely staff. Speed up the service from hot plate to table and offer alternative wines should you be out of some stocks .... will visit again

The food was delicious, however the service was shocking with only one young girl trying to manage on her own and didn’t really have a clue what she was doing... service let it down

Lovely meal especially the Tamarind Duck and the tempura vegetables they were just delicious! Very pleasant staff and nice atmosphere. Will definitely go again soon.

Food excellent - disinterested waiter. Hate to mention this - perhaps he had problems that were worrying him. We will visit again partly because of the food and also because we could converse comfortably.

Helpful table staff and good choice of Thai food. Although we asked for spicey, I think the kitchen staff are afraid to make the food really spicey. Nevertheless an excellent meal.

VERY Friendly staff, quality food and nice atmosphere. Lovely experience. Our daughter liked it and the staff were very attentive. Only suggestion would be to add a kid option.

Nice environment not too noisy even on a Saturday night. Service good, menu good and food excellent. Have been to the branch in Bournemouth and this was every bit as good. Only watch out is the limited parking both at the premises and nearby.

Friendly welcome, service excellent. Beef Salad was excellent and two in our party who had the Duck with sticky rice commented on its lovely flavour but a little tough. I had not chosen so well with my noodle dish, chicken which came with it very tender. We shall return.

Fantastic food, very helpful and welcoming staff will definitely be going back. The restaurant was comfy with plenty of room so you are not sat right next to other tables. Look forward to going back there.

The place is beautifully done up and the member of staff who served us was very attentive. My only criticism is there is not enough gluten free options on the menu.

Came here 17/8 with friends for a birthday meal. It wasn't very full with patrons. The service was excellent and the food amazing. Nice atmosphere too. Will definitely be back.

Food was delicious. Authentic and good quality. The only reason I didn't give a 6 was the service was very slow. If you don't mind waiting and making a night of it then I'd definitely recommend this restaurant.

A beautiful restaurant, so wonderfully decorated, which only enhances the superb food and friendly staff. The authenticity was amply demonstrated by the presence of a very elderly, immaculately turned out Thai couple who had dinner there while we were and appeared thrilled. It's so easy to drive past and see it, yet because it is not in the high street, forget to visit. But remember and you will be rewarded

The whole experience at this restuarant is excellent. Its small, cosy and warm and the food is excellent. If you're in Westbourne or Bournemouth and looking for excellent thai food and great service then this restaurant is a must. We will be coming back!

The staff were very friendly. The mains were good, especially the steak. Service was a little slow as a busy night but enjoyed the night :-)

Premises very small/decor-poor/tables too close together and not very intimate-however the food was good.Would not go there again even though I live nearby-prefer to go in to Bournemouth.

Excellent food, good wine/beer list, friendly staff and attentive service . Third time here and will definitely come again. Walking distance for us but there is ample parking on site and on the road.

The food was perfect, staff very nice, it would have been nice to have had a decaffeinated coffee to finish the meal off, we all can't take caffeine.

Tiien Thai is the best Thai Restaurant in Bournemouth. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is impeccable. Would highly recommend to anyone who loves Thai Food!

We got a warm welcome, very friendly service. Restaurant was busy (full) but we got every bit of attention, as did the other guests. And it got better : the food was absolutely wonderful, fresh and great taste. Would recommend the Duck in tamarinde sauce.

The atmosphere was calm & relaxed & the tables well positioned so you did not feel that other dinners were invading your space which can be the case in some restaurants when trying to have to many covers. We happened to my elderly parents with us on this occassion who need space & time to settle themselves & the staff were very friendly, helpful & accommodating. The staff were also very happy for us to sit & chat as the evening drew to a close. The food was well presented, tasty & the portions a good size. The staff assisted with suggests of different combinations within the set menus to satisfy our individual requirements especially with the hot spicer dishes. A very minor personal issue for me is food become cold before one has time to eat it especial with a mixture of dishes but appreciate this is often the case in most restaurants. Extremely pleasant evening was enjoyed by all. Well Done & Thank You We Will Be Back

No matter how good the venue or food there is always room for improvement. Glad we found the venue as the lighting for the name of the restaurant was not clear, or clearly lit. Now we know where it is we WILL definitely return.

An excellent experience from start to dessert! The restaurant is elegant and sophisticated, the greeting warm and sincere, the menu wasn't over-long and confusing, the food was immaculately presented and the tastes buzzed every bud in the mouth. Very reasonably priced, this restaurant is highly recommended (and there is a choice of steaks and sauces for those who don't like spice).

A real find - great food, relaxed location and the most attentive and yet unobtrusive staff. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. They made an ordinary meal out into a real occasion. Thank you so much we will be back soon.

In addition to the Bournemouth and Broadstone branch of Tiien Thai this Westbourne branch is a great addition. It's smaller, but very modern inside and service is personable - the lady in charge will do anything for you and is ever so friendly. We had a great meal - super hot, served within a good time and very tasty indeed. All cooked to order on the premises and you can tell with the quality of ingredients used. Good selection for dietary needs including lots of vegetarian options. I highly recommend it and personally think it's the best Thai in the area.
