This asador is serious about cooking great meat, and believe us when we say the aromas wafting through the air are enough to convince on their own. Order the rubia gallega chuleton a la brasa to taste some of the biggest flavours the restaurant has to offer – that’s chargrilled rib beef steak aged for 45 days and taken from a 10-year-old Galician Blond, a type of cattle that is well known for its high quality meat.
