Lovely clean restaurant,food was great,just a bit taken back that there asked for a service charge,when the food was already quite expensive.

Birthday meal with our family. Excellent service and food as usual. We love the atmosphere at the Potto restaurant.

Staff where very friendly and attentive. Food was gorgeous. Will definitely visit again.

Whole experience was wonderful but the toilets need a freshen up. They let the place down. Lick of paint and a good clean

Just had an amazing over night stay at the tomahawk potto. Amazing food, literally the nicest steak I have ever had!! Lots of choices for sides and sauces to accompany them too!! We both found our sauces on the thin side but packed with taste and flavour. Room 3 was gorgeous!!! Clean tidy and very comfortable! Huge bed! Beautiful bathroom with a great shower! Nice touches like good variety of tea and coffee, also good array of toiletries. Breakfast was as amazing as the meal the night before!! Only negative thing we have to say is that building work started at 9am!! 2 doors down really loud drilling!! This was a shame as we were both still asleep!! Check out wasn't until 11am and we even put out the do not disturb!! I understand maintenance needs to happen but a heads up would of been nice!! Or better wait until the guest have checked out!!

Second visit within 10 days and again, it did not disappoint. Change to menu, mainly to starters and sides, saw some great additions. Mussels where a nice start to a blue porterhouse. Di’s fillet was really to her liking. Service and atmosphere brilliant as usual, can’t wait to return.

Ran out of the steak we wanted so that was a shame but apart from that food was good

Fully enjoyed my meal, best steak I’ve had will 100% be returning. However, was unaware of the service charge already added on there was only two of us so not happy about that as we double tipped. A service charge should only apply to a larger party

Had a lovely meal, dislike the service charge added onto the bill. I have been several times and only told about this for the first time last night! Feeling disappointed I hadn't known before. 😔

Having been to the tomahawk in yarm, I was very disappointed with the Potto restraunt. Quality of steak was a lot better at Yarm and the way it was cooked. Very disappointed, will not be going back to the Potto branch again.

Amazing food! Would have maybe liked a little bit of background music to create more of an atmosphere.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday lunch once again. It was cooked to perfection & very tasty. Service was quick & the staff are efficient & helpful. Our Australian visitor said it was the best roast beef dinner she had tasted .

Food was amazing, loved it. Location beautiful, staff very friendly and knowledgable but when my 70 year old mum asks for water please don’t give her a bottle of £4.50 water. Please ask if we want tap water. A bit embarrassing for her. Thank you
