Treehouse Bar and Kitchen - Otley

Another great visit to the Treehouse. We had a table for 4 booked and dually got it, albeit next to a party of kids who were very excited and noisy. No problem, they were enjoying a party. Then my sister turned up with family, a quick request to the manager on the day and we got moved to a bigger table to accommodate what turned out to be 8 of us instead of 4!! Many thanks once again for all your help keeping us together.

Always feels like home and amazing to come on special occasions and really enjoy the experience xx

Quite disapointed at Treehouse today! We eat here alot but today was not upto standard. Firstly there was no one to seat us,I had to find a member of staff. Then the very lovely young lady asked for our drinks order and when she brought the drinks she also brought a bowl of water for our little dog-lovely! Unfortunately our dog stood in it and tipped it over. With water all under our table and beyond we told of member of staff who said she would sort it out.15 mins later I asked her when was it going to be cleaned up,she said she needed to find the manager as she didn't know where the mop was! She never came back! However a male member of staff(management I believe) saw the water and asked if he could clean it up for us lol yessss of course! My hubby was sat very awkwardly with his feet under the table trying to avoid the puddles! However HE,the manager also never came back! 20 mins later a young lady came with a mop and bucket-yayyy! However the floor was.wetter when he left than it was when he arrived also with a strong smell of bleach-very off-putting whilst eating and not necessary-it was water! So we had to move our dog so she wasn't sat on the bleachy floor? The food was good as always However I had garlic mayonnaise with my kebab which was disgusting and not in the least bit garlicky! I asked for more in case I'd been given the wrong thing but the 2nd one was the same-horrible!(unfortunatley I had spread the first lot onto my kebab so it did spoil the kebab). Finally,there was no one around to ask for the bill so I had to wait 10 mins in the bar queue to pay for my food! Overall a disappointing visit today,I expect better! I must say though that this is the first time.weve ever had any problems,we usually love it here!

Service was great, staff were very attentive and friendly. Food was a bit of a let down, it looked really nice but was a bit cold and some parts like the roasties tasted like they had been frozen and reheated. I think it wouldve been a lot nicer if it was hot though!

Not very busy at 5.45pm, but enjoyed our time and meal. Waitress excellent.

Food & drink were all well prepared. Service was good even though it was so busy. TV sport was a too loud however - in fact so loud we could not speak to each other unfortunately.

Popped in foe lunch great chicken kebab. Friendly and efficient staff.

We had a fantastic time! The staff were so attentive and welcoming. The food was really high quality and delicious. Live music, which gave an intimate feel while we were eating, then a DJ playing late 90s chart songs until 1am - what more could we ask for? The staff even helped us to find somewhere a few minutes walk away, where we could park our campervan to stay overnight. The decor in this place is well thought out, and breathtaking. It felt like walking into a posh restaurant in Greece!

The food was tasty and reasonably priced. The staff were extremely efficient and caring very polite and helpful. I would go again apart from I don't think Dogs should be allowed in any restaurant but unfortunately they are. Dogs need to be outside only that's what animals prefer. They were barking then shouted at by their owners

Gorgeous interior,really well laid out with plenty of room for my two medium sized dogs, staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the loaded fries were the best I've had, loved the Yorkshire Fondue Fries and the Spritz Cocktails, definitely one to come back to 😁

A warm welcome by the team - attentive service - really tasty value for money food in quirky environment - it’s not called the Treehouse for nothing!

The Sunday roasts were nice, the slow cooked beef was definitely the highlight and gorgeous but the sides could be improved. The roasties tasted like they were pre made and then microwaved, they weren't crispy but just chewy. The offer said unlimited gravy but no jug of gravy provided, it would be better to serve in jug to poured the desired amount on instead of pre doing as its not to everyone's tastes. The Yorkshire pudding was very good but mash and potatoes is overkill would've much preferred another vegetable side. Overall good but wouldn't come back for another when there are so many places offering a superior roast.

First time in the Treehouse for me. I was impressed by the good service and amazing food. Certainly a place to visit again!

Food was lovely and wait staff- when we managed to interact with them- were personable. However, the place was woefully understaffed, meaning that we had to wait around at the busy bar area for quite a while when we arrived for our pre-booked table. There was nobody front of house and no indication of what to do to say we’d arrived. It took 2 attempts to get a passing member of staff to try to seat us and we had to grab somebody to take our order. As I say, Sunday lunch was lovely but staffing meant it was not the enjoyable, relaxing experience it should have been.

Lovely place lovely staff all helpful, guests enthused about their own food. Definitely will return.

Took our twin grandchildren for birthday tea, good food, good service , will be going again.

We booked a table for lunch but wasn't really needed as it was reasonable quiet, but plenty of seats. We had the lunch option of sandwich and soft drink for £8. Really was value for money very good. Will definitely be back.

Very good service and meals! We had the bad burger(I think it was called?! It was chicken and beef and bacon) and a haloumi wrap. Both delicious!

The food was great, lots of choices and also good service.

Sunday lunch for five people. Service good, impressive Yorkshire puddings, kale a poor choice of vegetable though. Vegetarian option could be better. Overall a nice place to go.

We was sat in a little snug area near the front doors and the music could have been a little louder in that area as we could only just hear it.

Food wonderful as always but it was extremely noisy , mainly because of the women's football final which I had forgotten. Some of the older guests were a bit unsure but we really had a good time..

Very busy, long wait to order, then again long wait for food. Food order was wrong..only one waitress so unable to grab her..one person food had onion on it and specifically asked for no onion so she had to pick it all out. It was really busy and only one waitress working when we finally managed to get the bill she apologised and said the other person was sent home so she was sorry it was slow. Come plenty if times since opening but tonight was just busy and slow service.

Food was gorgeous, service was really quick and the summer discount was a bonus!
