Amazing food, not greasy and just the right size portions. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Menu was not huge but covered a broad variety of options. Will be going again!!
Nice food in a friendly informal atmosphere. We chose the vegetarian Thali, which has a variety of dishes and is very reasonably priced. Some customers had to be turned away (Thursday) so it's a good idea to book.
Fab food in a simple setting. Thali was great and service excellent.
Great little restaurant, amazing food. Both had a Thali and it was so fresh and delicious. Staff were super friendly and helped us with our food choices.
OK not brilliant Asked for food not too hot, but got order wrong so children's came very hot and they couldn't eat it Nice starters. Perhaps had too high expectations as it had been highly recommended
There's simply nothing like it in Sheffield. Awesome ambience and creative menu which sets up a totally unique experience. We revisitted after our first outstanding outing just to check this was for real. The proof is in the pudding!
Great little place with lovely, slightly different food. Friendly, efficient staff. Only small so it's gets full quickly - book in advance. Recommend the thalis & the sizzlers. Also take your own drinks. Last night our bill for two was £19.90 for two people.
Tasty food! Menu offers lots of choice. Went for the thali which was fab! Generous portions too. Basic decor but that's fine - it's all about the food :)
This place is a bit different to most Indian restaurants- more funky. It has cartoon pictures on the wall and no background music , just the chatter of diners at the cafe-type tables. Food is generally good, but not exceptionally
Great food in a simple setting. Feels more like someone's front room than a restaurant, which only adds to the experience - it's all about the food! Recommend the Thalis.
Good food, reasonably priced. Excellent service and pleasant atmosphere. More like a cafe than a restaurant but just the job for a quick snack after the cinema.
Great food and lots of it. Very good value for money and the service was excellent. Highly recommended to me and now I know why.
Excellent food ...different to the usual Indian restaurant.. great that it's open on Sunday afternoon if you like a change from a typical Sunday lunch !! .. friendly staff and would definitely return & recommend
2nd time I've been. I though I had had a great experience first time. The second time was even better. Fab Thali and excellent service. Just about to book again!
Great Food and plenty of it and a friendly relaxed atmosphere really enjoyed the Panner Palak Thali I had and couldn't finish it! Would definitely recommend
Fantastic food, beautifully presented. Took parents who were equally impressed. The onion barjis were delicious as were the sizzling platters. Lovely evening out. Would recommend.
We had a lovely meal and the food was of a good standard; portions were quite substantial but all presented attractively. The service was good and friendly staff. Would go again.
Lovely restaurant nice atmosphere, friendly staff. The food was really nice we had the platter for main and every item was lovely , it made a great change to have some different options to your standard indian menu, even the pickle tray & nan bread were nicer, will definately return.
The starters were lovely but the mains lacked depth of flavour.. have been to this place before it moved.. unlikely to make a special effort to go again sadly :(
So so. Average food and dreadful environment. Needs some work but might have been our table which was almost in a corridor!
