More about the restaurant: Vesuvio Italian Restaurant
As far as Italian restaurants in Stourbridge go, Vesuvio is one of our favourites. Nestled away in the famous Victoria Passage, Vesuvio Italian Restaurant serves honest, good-quality food in a setting that feels almost like home. The varied menu makes use of Italian produce and the selection of well-priced Italian wines is enough to make anybody smile. Vesuvio, Stourbridge also has a well-stocked bar and elegant private dining is available as well. We can’t recommend this place any more, and just off the High Street and a short walk from the Stourbridge Town station, it’s also easily accessible. Wonderful stuff, folks. Reserve a table now.

Thinking about making a Vesuvio Italian Restaurant booking?
Ask anyone in Stourbridge about Victoria Passage and they’ll tell you two things. One, it’s a good place to shop. Two, there’s an Italian restaurant going by the name of Vesuvio that’s damn delicious and one of the most popular in town. The welcome here is always warm thanks to a team that feel very much a part of the community, then the food is of course on point. Whether you’re dining from fixed dinner menus that offer excellent value, or from the Vesuvio a la carte, a meal you’ll savour is as good as guaranteed.
This being an Italian restaurant, Vesuvio serves an impressive array of antipasti, followed by risottos and pastas. Not your standard pasta dishes, however, they’re a little more gourmet here, so opt for veal cannelloni or tagliatelle with salmon, vodka and chilli. The penne Vesuvio is simple but brilliant, and it’s impossible to go wrong with the chef’s homemade lasagna which is so creamy it almost hurts. If you don’t fancy pasta, Vesuvio in Stourbridge offers meat and fish dishes that go way beyond the norm as well, the duck breast with morello cherries in a port sauce and served with mash being our pick of the bunch. Vesuvio Italian Restaurant is one of the best in the centre of town and we just love it.
