Very tasty …viirtually no veg, 1 mange tout, 2 peas and a minuscule amount of carrots & cabbage …not worth the £13.50…very disappointed

A lovely dog/family friendly pub. Great food and wonderful service. We are indoors but they also have a great undercover and heated outdoor area.

The food was average. Our order consisted of two fish wraps and two bacon, brie and cranberry panninis. The wraps were fine, the panninis were overdone, almost burned, only just acceptable.

Our visit was okay, it started well the pub is cool & we were pleased to see the screens between tables were still in place. We placed our order but waited approximately 45 minutes to have our meals served - they were only sandwiches. To their credit we were given an apology and a 20% reduction on our bill which was very good.

Lovely pub, really good staff who were not in your face asking if all ok whilst your trying to eat. Food was amazing. Tasty, well presented and awesomely delicious. Really fast service from ordering to delivery. I would really, really recommend here and would definitely have no hesitation in eating here again

As excellent as always! We've been to The Woolly Sheep many times and have never been disappointed. It was a first-time visit for the friends who were with us and they were also very impressed, choosing ox liver and steak & ale pie. The pizza was lovely and the venison was amazing! Thank you Andrea, Michaela, Fred, Jess(?), the other young man whose name we don't know yet and (of course) the chef. A memorable dinner.

Although we had booked we did have a wait till our table was ready however an interim table was provided so we could have drinks in the sun till it was ready. We were able to stay after our meal and enjoyed drinks and a catch up till closing at 10pm. Drink service a little slow, best ordering before you have finished your drink. Food very good.
