the chair was so low, had to call the waiter to bring the wine menu, yet the food came 5mins apart and further 5mins came the drinks after the food. food labour looked rushed not what I had few months ago that made me return. taste has reduced so has service. contemplated deducting my service charge but left it as a farewell as I would not be returning. shame liked it last time I was there.

Asked to put a mask on before entering, walked 1.5 meters to table to find that tables are less than a metre apart and our table was next to the bar where everyone was going to and from getting drinks , seemed a bit pointless being asked to put a mask on to enter restaurant when that's where it ended, my partner was so upset that we left without eating , we will not return as she felt very annoyed and upset about being told to put a mask on then finds tables right on top of each other and worse our table was next to bar where everyone was located.

We went for an early lunch. Food and Service were great.

This was our first visit to Zavi. We were greeted on entry by waiting staff then the Duty Manager came over to take our name, we had a temperature check, sanitised our hands and the first thing he said was that the table was for an hour and half. I must say this put me off from the start. With hindsight surely this could of been said a different way. i.e. have you been here before? Unfortunately due to the current climate we can only let you have your table for 1 1/2 hours etc. We were led to our table which was immaculate. All the staff were adhering to current safety measures and were wearing face masks. They were attentive and accommodating. We ordered our starters and main course. I must say the food was lovely and hot. Our main course was served pretty much straightaway after eating our starter. Too quick really for my liking as as soon as you’d eaten your starter your main course was sitting in front of you. Even though the food was really nice and I can’t fault anything we ate I don’t think we will be returning as it just felt a bit rushed. After a week at work it’s just nice to be able to sit and relax and take a bit of time to enjoy your food. No little touches at the end of the meal - no chocolate/sweet or aperitif.

I was pleased to see plenty of hand sanatiser at the entrance of the restaurant but surprised that only one member of staff who came to our table was wearing a mask.

Absolutely amazing food, the place smelt so good, clean, the young lady who waited on us so kind, happy, 100% will go back, best food I've eaten out in years 👍👍👍👍

This was our first visit to Zavi, it definitely won’t be our last. All of the food was so fresh & colourful & tasted absolutely delicious 😋 all the staff were super friendly & helpful with little extras & suggestions. Chef sent us over some little extras too 🥰♥️😋

Food was really good and a lovely atmosphere. We were a big group but the staff were great and all our food was served together and we had no problems ordering drinks etc. Staff kept a safe distance were possible and wore PPE. Would recommend highly

Beautifully decorated restaurant with a great feel to it. The food was absolutely gorgeous and service was great. A little expensive but worth every penny for the quality being served. I’m definitely going back again.... and again.... and again!!!!

Nice meal. Was given warm bread, would have been nice to have some dips with it. Starter was nice as was our mains.

This is the second time I have been here and I honestly can’t fault them. The food is tasty, cocktails are lovely, staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is great! One of favourite Turkish restaurants.

First of all when I called up to confirm the time of my booking I was spoken to very rudely on the phone telling me I should have an email to tell me that, giving me little help. When we arrived at the restaurant, it did look lovely with rose petals across the tables and a live singer, however, paying £50 per person for a three course meal was extortionate for some chicken shish. Without even drinking we paid £122 which we didn’t feel was reflected in the quality of the food or the level of variety on the menu. I wouldn’t recommend and definitely shall not be attending again for Valentines.
