Food was very nice and service was slow but adequate. Drinks are a bit pricey. There was a good singer but she was so loud we couldn’t hear ourselves talk. Unfortunately we had a problem with the table we were on. The bench seats and tables could not be moved but the table was too far away from the seat and the table was too high. We all had to perch on the edge if the seat and felt like children trying to reach the food. I don’t think this U shaped table should be used.

Absolutely amazing evening here, the food was beautiful, we had the lobster thermidor and the ocean grill for mains, we couldn't fault the service, they were very friendly and attentive. It's decorated lovely inside and it has a good atmosphere, with a belly dancer performing for around half an hour on the night we were there. One of the best restaurants we have been to for a long time!

Excellent customer service. The singer was a little too loud and slow, depressing songs which bought our evening down a little, otherwise had an excellent evening.

Visited again last night. The food and service in Zavi is so good. It’s the best Turkish Restaurant I’ve eaten in. I’m so glad it’s local to me.

We arrived on time for our table and realised very quickly they had a large birthday party booked in (about half of the restaurant) and they clearly wanted to get rid of us. The restaurant was empty but yet they insisted we sat on a table right by the door/bar and we’re not remotely interested in giving us a good customer experience. They rushed us for our order, my (what was meant to be) warm starter came out cold, our £10 cocktails were only half full and our mains came out swiftly after - all within a disappointing 45 minutes. We won’t be going back.

Very dissapointed with the whole experience. Service was slow. Waited 10 minutes for someone to take our drinks order even though the restaurant was practically empty. One of the meals was totally wrong. Received lamb instead of chicken to be told try it I might like it! I then received my correct meal after everyone else had almost finished. This other meal also then appeared on the bill and the waiter took it off like he was doing us a massive favour! The food was average. Nothing amazing. Cocktails were nice but very expensive, pay less in central London. I am reluctant to recommend this restaurant.

Food is amazing! Such a lovely local restaurant too us. Tried for the first time tonight and haven’t stopped talking about it! The chicken shish is lovely and such amazing value for money!! Cocktails are great and staff were very welcoming and attentive! Already looking forward to our next visit! Only down side is parking but nothing the restaurant can help

been a few times now to Zavvi, the food is so tasty and the staff always friendly. It is a little more expensive so not somewhere could afford to go too regularly but makes it more of a treat when we do go.

Food was amazing and the service was first class. Can't wait to go again.
