Firstly the good - food all excellent quality, no complaints ....pity about the service. The young waiting staff who mostly 'attended' to our table were very poor - hopefully they are new and still learning....? In summary- from Incorrect drinks order, awkwardly opening bottle of wine at the table, not clearing tables properly- decided instead to rearrange other vacant tables & chairs by noisily dragging them across the wooden floor....Finally after asking for the bill at the table - we had to go to the bar and pay - this appeared to be the norm ? as we noticed many other tables doing the same before leaving.

Great food and top service and good size portions . Not too expensive either. Plenty of selections. Also child friendly . Will be back and highly recommend

Good Food and friendly service. Loved the Fritto Misto main, Haggis in a whisky sauce starter. Pizza, pasta and tapas were all very popular with couples and families. Busy wine bar with walk-ins just stopping for a glass of wine. Ideal for celebrations or a mid week meal. Definitely recommend.

Great garlic bread and excellent pasta, pizza was good too. Very good service and pleasant surroundings. Wine was most acceptable. Prices reasonable and portions generous. Would definitely come again if in North Berwick

Excellent food, staff and atmosphere. This has become my most favourite Italian eating experience and worth the travel from Duns! 6 visits and counting... I usually enjoy the tapas at lunchtime but last night was dinner and just as good an experience as previous visits. Highly recommend.

Very nice place , I had the calamari to start which was very nice and they Highlander Chicken as a main which was also very nice.

God varied menu - something for everyone - not just Italian bistro - Fish & Chips were excellent. Good selection of wines and cocktails - served in a relaxing atmosphere

First Class Restaurant / Bistro - Very Varied menu - plus like the option of small dishes or large dishes. Staff very efficient and friendly - would recommend

This was our 3rd or 4th time at the restaurant, and was not as good as the others. It was our first time in the front room rather than the rear dining room. It was pretty noisy, and felt a little crowded compared to previous times. We were also close to the rest rooms, which was not ideal. The food was really nice as usual, and great value for money.

North Berwick had some great restaurants and this is one of the best. Great service, reasonably priced and a really nice seating area at the back.

Fab food & service as always! Mussels were all sadly finished however with such a great menu to choose from we weren't disappointed with our second choice of bruschetta to start.
