A truly wonderful and special Meal at 1805. Exceptional food ( we love a Chinese and feel it is possibly the best we have ever had). The flavours were outstanding. The service was great and the setting just stunning. Couldn’t recommend it enough. Thank you.

Excellent food, lovely restaurant, the first table we were given we didn’t like so they happily moved us, we ate early on a Saturday so not noisy but tables are very close to each other so could be a problem. The menu is exceptional

Very nice although disappointed with time slot allocated - wanted 7.30 to 8 but no tables available apparently at that time so took 6.30 slot with loads of tables available from then until 8.15 when we left!

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in Bournemouth. Tiny portions, outrageously overpriced food, and an interior that has absolutely nothing to do with Chinese culture or cuisine. It feels fake, soulless, and purely designed to justify absurd prices. The service was slow, careless, and clearly uninterested in customers. Calling this place “the best Chinese restaurant in Bournemouth” is laughable and frankly offensive to small, honest Chinese takeaways that serve better food at a fraction of the price. You can eat better almost anywhere else — and pay far less. I genuinely regret wasting my money here and would strongly advise others to avoid it.

Food was lovely hot and fresh and quick. Service wasn’t great though had to keep asking for more drinks and the bill and then asked again to pay the bill. Restaurant was also cold inside I had to put my coat on as were others in restaurant.

Eating at 1805 goes hand in hand with our annual Bournemouth trip. Absolutely lovely. Front of house is smooth, service excellent, choice of food and drink plentiful … and the food is the best. Everything just works as it should. Thankyou.

The food was really delicious and the staff were very attentive and went that extra mile to accommodate our special request. The menu has a good variety to choose from, including some special cocktails but it is quite pricey. We shall be returning for special occasions.

Lovely meal. Visited quite early so the restaurant was quiet and not much atmosphere. But that was our choice to visit early. Friendly staff and delicious food. Sadly the food that arrives piping hot cools down really quickly on the marble table tops. Perhaps heaters on the tables would be a good idea to keep food warm. That is our only complaint.
