Booked for 9pm, eventually seated at 9:20. Walk in customers were seated before us. Waited ages for starters, what we had was very nice, however due to the length of time everything took we declined the main course. Staff were very apologetic but not really acceptable in my opinion.

It was very good, so we also went to dinner twice a week.

The food was exceptional but the service really let the restaurant down.

Lovely food, but pretty expensive. We ate at around 6 and were the only people in the restaurant at first, so there wasn’t much atmosphere - but you can’t blame them for that. The staff were friendly and efficient.

The vegetarian options were poor - one of them was so greasy it was inedible. The restaurant offered to swap it and then charged me extra when the billed arrived!

This was a last-minute booking prompted by my wife’s craving for dim sum, so we had honestly no idea what quality to expect. Thankfully, the food here is exceptional. We have been disappointed by all he Chinese restaurants we have visited so far in the Poole/Bournemouth area since moving here, so it isn’t wonderful to have now found one so good.
