Excellent service and superb food. Will be back soon. The tandoori sizzler was very good indeed, very good quality meat and lovely curry sauce. Highly recommended.

Service and food 1st class. We will return next time we are in Bristol. It is nice and close to the theatre for a pre-theatre meal, so no rush required.

We returned to this restaurant after a few visits last year. As on the previous occasions the service was prompt and friendly and the food was of high quality.

Well recommended. Good food, better than your normal Indian. Good atmosphere, and will accommodate for large groups. Will certainly visit again in the near future.

Food was ok, service was just about ok although we had to wait to get served despite making a reservation some weeks ago. It's a nice restaurant but I don't think the food is anywhere near as good as when it first opened, which is a shame.

Very busy so service was slower than usual but excellent nonetheless. Best curry house in Bristol! Consistently outstanding food and it's clear the chef's and staff take pride in the whole venture!

We arrived half an hour before the booking time and they had no problem with accommodating us early. Very prompt service and polite, attentive staff. Most importantly, excellent food. I have never been disappointed by a visit to 4500 Miles From Delhi.

Good food , portion size needs attention . Starters was delicious especially lamb chops . Ordered biryani it was too much greasy and covered with coating of oil over which made rice taste so heavy . Overall I enjoyed the meal

Great food and friendly, knowledgeable staff. The waiter made various recommendations and suggested dishes to complement our order. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very welcoming.

The service was very poor. Found hair in food and they refused to take the item off the bill. Food was average overall. Wouldn't visit again.

This was not a very good experience, it was not very busy when we arrived, unfortunately we were allocated a table in a corner right next to where extra plates and glasses are stored. It was a very small table and we were refused re-allocation of another table. The meal was OK only for the Tandori chicken starter, but the rest of the meal was not good and when we have requested some water for our table, it arrived after the third request! All in all very disappointed as the meal for two persons was £52, this is expensive for an Indian meal, with the additional charges being added for side dishes accompanied the main dish typically at £10+ each. We did not have a desert and only one round of drinks, one of which is a soft drink. There was no one that checked if our meal was ok and only did when we were paying our bill, maybe expecting a tip! I certainly will not recommend irrespective of whether the restaurant is busy, they should ensure they are staffed sufficiently.

Great service, waiter took his time to chat and speak to us, and the food was superb as usual, will be coming to visit again soon.

Really nice food, not the cheapest curry in the world but well worth the extra. The restaurant is well laid out and has a good atmosphere. Highly recommended

The restaurant has nice décor, polite staff and the lunch buffet offers a reasonable range of tasty options, including Chicken Tikka and Korma. If you like quality Indian food, then I think this is one of the best Indian restaurants in Bristol.

The restaurant was beautiful, from start to finish the service was exceptional, we had chicken tikka with coconut rice which was beautiful. We had a lovely time.

Atmosphere was very good. Service and food could not be faulted. Need more vegetarian options as had friend from india who is total vegetarian. However they did makeup vegetarian dishes. It as a excellent night.

The staff were very friendly and explained all the dishes on offer in great detail to help decide what dish to try. The food was fantastic and I personally believe the best Indian restaurant in Bristol. The only reason I'm not giving full marks is because of a rude waitress at the end of the evening asking how much tip we are giving before processing our card payment. However apart from that incident I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

Amazing atmosphere, so sophisticated and really nice waiters who attend to you straight away. And as for the food, by far my favourite Indian restaurant in Bristol.

Food was good and service was well attended but because we were a large group (18) some peoples dishes didn't turn up with everything else and they were waiting 5-10 mins to get it all out. Apart from that was nice restaurant, reasonable value and would go back again.

My previous experience at the restaurant was much better than the one from last night. Quality and taste was way below average. Probably the chef needs to review and reconsider menu choices and preparation processes.

Really delicious currys with a very varied menu. Everything came out on time and the service was really good. Only complaint would be about portion size.

We regularly visit 4500 Miles from Delhi. The food is always good and we like the service. There have lots of vegetarian options and some unusual dishes, alongside the more traditional favorites. There is a nice atmosphere, and even though it is quite a big restaurant, because of its shape, it feels intimate.

We were very pleased with the service and the quality of food was good. We would recommend to any one who wanted a good lunch.

Great food, very friendly and accommodating staff. Only gripe is that service felt very rushed resulting in not being able to fully relax between courses and tables being cleared incessantly. Next time we'll ask for a breather between courses. Don't let this minor negative put you off as it's a real gem .

The starters and main courses were excellent. We ordered the banquet menu. The service received from the waiters also very good. The only let down was the deserts.

Great food, slightly slow service, cannot fault the table service though. A noisy group when we were in.

It was a pleasant enough lunch. Unfortunately there were only three couples in the restaurant so it lacked any atmosphere. They push the courses through pretty quickly but that didn't bother us. We could see how some people think the dishes were small but we fount it quite enough. The best course were the starters and the main course dishes were good but nothing special. For 2for1 on a Groupon it was ok but would I pay double, No.

Lovely food. Really relaxed atmosphere and lovely cocktails! Very attentive staff as well. We had the madras very tasty indeed! Will be back again soon

Have been here a couple of times and also had delivery a couple more. The food is always really tasty although it can be more spicy than most places. On my last visit it was quite noisy but there were lots of Christmas parties there so to be expected. It is a big venue so can cope with large groups with ease. It's in a good location in town so easy when meeting people at the start or end of an evening.
