Me and my partner booked a table here for our firstborn night in Bournemouth and it did not disappoint. Plenty of options for both vegetarian and pescatarian. Food was lovely, service friendly but we think the atmosphere would be better if there was some background music. Overall, fab little find.

Nice cosy place, bit to cosy for my personal liking, you are very close to your fellow diners in most cases, unfortunatley we picked an evening of a hen night, so the place was very very noisy, we couldn'd hear one another very well. The service was fine and only a little delayed by the large group of ladies ordering, no real communication with the staff, I suspect on a quieter night it would have been better. The food was also fine, though we did come away thinking we could eat just as well if not better for a lot less elsewhere, wasnt keen tables had a clear view of the loo and sign thereof, traffic back n forth to the loo past our table, I would change this layout, a good place on another night, but with better choices nearby, we are unlikely to return,

Food was very nice. Service was attentive but the restaurant was 3/4 empty and we asked to move table but were told no!

Mains came out while we were still eating our starters and sat under heat as we wanted to finish our starters as the hummus was lovely! Mains was very dry, chicken chewy and kleftiko really over cooked just too dry to eat. Such a shame as the Southsea Agora is absolutely amazing and never pre cooks

4th visit to Agora and it never disappoints. My fav restaurant in bournemouth. Every time you go and try something new you don’t think it will be as good as what you had before but every time I’m blown away by the fact every thing I’ve ever had is out of this world!

Fantastic food every time we go. Great, attentive and personal service. I Would always recommend. Very reasonably priced too. The decor is also a great mix between authentic and modern with a beautiful grill in view of the diners.

Family of 4 went to this wonderful place. I had the Albanian liver to start followed by the shish kebab, both were cooked to perfection. Washed down with effes and raki, thought I was back in Turkey. Will definitely go again next time I’m in Bournemouth.
