Staff and food were excellent, the only problem we had was they brought out the starters and main course together. When I explained that we did not want them together it was no problem and they took them away.

Staff we're excellent, great service from the moment we entered the restaurant, food was amazing, best Lebanese moussakka ever and we cant wait to return!

Excellent food! Very fresh, huge variety, good quality and loads of veg and meat choices. Very friendly customer service and we even received some complimentary shwarma to taste. Very reasonably priced as well. Would definitely go back.

Great service, especially from Mohammed. He made me feel very welcome as soon as I entered the restaurant. Although I was alone whilst waiting for my 2 friends who were running late he did not try and rush me. The food was great as always.

Have eaten here once before (a few weeks ago) the food was great and the atmosphere was good. Last Saturday (21/1/2017) I had pre-booked our table for two. This was a good move as they were very busy. Unfortunately our waiter forgot to come back and take our order. When he did, it was then missed by the kitchen staff. It took a while to get the waiters attention for an update too. This resulted in us being sat there for about 50 minutes from entering the place, and leaving without eating as we had a film to go and see (Lion, great film!). I may give this place one more chance - but not soon.

Excellent food at a good price. We will be visiting again. My daughter spilt her drink and the replaced free of charge before we could even ask for another one.

The food was absolutely brilliant but the customer service let it down. We were told we had one hour to eat and we couldn't go over this time. We came in earlier than our booking time, the place wasn't heaving with people and there was spare tables. We were refused a seat and was told to wait until our exact reservation time. It was like talking to a robot, rather than a human. Fair enough it was New Year's and they wanted to maximise their takings, but there's limits.

Service very quick, however in an empty restaurant they sat everyone next to each other so it was quite cramped to eat. Food average and not as good as sister restaurant in Liverpool. Very reasonable priced.

Lovely place, smelt great as you walked in. Food was very tasty. Our waiter was pretty clueless though, unfortunately. He couldn't explain what the dishes were other than pointing at the menu description, and tried to clear our plates when we said a few times that we weren't finished! I'd go back again though :)

Delicious food, helpful staff. Atmosphere a little institutional cafeteria-ish - no soft furnishings, candles etc which would make it more welcoming and Middle Eastern feeling. It would nice to feel a little more comfortable!

Nice food, friendly staff and nice surroundings. No alcohol served, don't know if you can take your own Lovely evening for both my sister and I on a trip to Manchester for the Christmas markets.

The food was alright, mixed grill and grilled chicken was a bit dry. But, the place was nice. Staff could be a bit friendlier, but he was not rude, so it was tolerable.

Excellent food, and very good value. The portions are very generous, so you will not go hungry!! The Staff are very friendly and give great service

Food was beautiful but could have been served hotter as I like my food to be steaming when it reaches the table. It was not full that night and it wasn't the end of the night but we felt like we were being rushed to leave. Enjoyed our meal, well cooked and full of flavour!

The food and the service were very good. The location was easy to get to by public transport. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

It was thoroughly delightful. I would definitely visit again. I particularly enjoyed the chicken kofta but feel the hummus could have had more substance. Thank you.

Our first visit to Bakchich and it was an enjoybale one. Very extensive menu with plenty of choices for Mezze / Mains / Specials / Desserts and even Childrens meals. There were 3 in our party and the food, for the most part, was excellent. It was a very busy evening when we were there with a party of 40 being catered for. That probably accounted for the few slight quibbles we had. On the whole the service was good and very attentive although there was a delay in getting our drinks to us at the start. As I`ve said the food good on the whole although the Arabic bread wasn`t fresh , the spinach fatayer needed more flavour and the chips / fries were cold. On the plus side, my meatballs were lovely as were the lamb chops and the salmon that my friends ordered. Will definitely be going back.

The food was really nice and was served in a timely manner. Restaurant wasn't busy and the waiter interacted nicely. Location isn't difficult to find except finding parking maybe an issue at times

Hearty middle eastern grub. decently priced good service. Lamb slightly dry but overall good value. Carrot ginger orange juice was refreshing. Pickled chilli's on the mild side though.

Good food, the meat mezze was very big - and very meaty! Fresh juice was good. My friend had salmon which also looked very good.

Bakchich was great, the service was good and the food was nice. I like the decor and it's good that there is a prayer room.

Absolutely massive portions - wish I hadn't ordered a starter!!!! We shared the meze starter - the portion for one was plenty for two as a starter. Brilliant staff, excellent service and great value for money. Would definitely go back.

Food gorgeous and very good value for money. Manager was fantastic, excellent hospitality and knew customer service inside out, but the service from the rest of the staff left a little to be desired. This is the only reason it's not full marks. We visited at 1700 on a Thursday night. Literally 3 tables occupied... should not have been down to the manager to run the section...

I booked a table here because I love the food at the Liverpool branch but the service tends to be very poor. Sadly... Although when we first arrived, the staff were friendly and attentive, a large party arrived at the same time as we wanted to order our food. There was no one available to take our order then, when a waiter came he didn't actually send the order to the kitchen. We waited 30 minutes before anyone came back to check, when we explained that we were waiting for food and drinks, which it transpired had never been ordered. After that, things were quite efficient and they did compensate us appropriately but it was quite disappointing. A real shame about the service because the food is delicious!

Bakchich never lets you down! It's a place where you are guaranteed amazing food and great customer service! A place to chill in a great environment! My all time fav Lebanese restaurant

Visited for lunch. We had great service, lovely large portion sizes. Great place to go for lunch as food arrived really quickly. Will definitely visit Bakchich again.

Absolutely fab food once again and our guests were very impressed with first experience of the cuisine! We will definitely come again. The waiting staff were great too.

Visited the Liverpool branch over the weekend and loved the food. Took the kids with me today and was great. Food was outstanding and service was first class.
