Friendly staff and great food. Prompt service and a smart casual atmosphere. I would like it even more if there were some booth seats / secluded seating for couples

Food was nice however upon ordering after 25 mins was told the sharwarma wasn't available. We were here for iftaar abd found the manager rather abrupt. Secondly wheh the food arrived he got the order wrong and rice was served instead of chips.

Food was very good as usual, but the service bit slow for which the manager blamed new member of staff, which I found highly unprofessional.

Great choices on the menu, gorgeous platefuls of tasty food, good atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff - one of our go to places. Coeliac friendly.

Great place wonderful food, service is excellent and very helpful. Portion size is not small and all cooked to order. Had to 2 starters and a grill each so could not try a sweet. Will return.

We have visited Bakchich in Liverpool a number if times, and always been impressed by the great standard of food and service. The Manchester branch is no exception. The manager was very welcoming and highlighted the different dishes found on the Manchester menu. The food arrived quickly and was the same high standard found at the Liverpool branch. The service was excellent. We will visit again.

The food here was amazing and delicious, the service was impeccable and the price reflected what you got and was not extortionate either. Overall great experience and will be returning very soon

Went for lunch on Saturday with 2 children, we had a very warm welcome, interior was light airy and spacious. Food was hot, presented well and very tasty. We will be going back with friends for the evening.

Great service, the waiters were very friendly, great decor the restaurant looks fab, loved Fairouz being played! The food was amazing too and not even expensive. I also noticed the restaurant was very clean. would definitely recommend it to friends and family :)

Great food although the staff could do with a little more menu training. We had ordered a couple of dishes that were very similar to eachother. Possibly our own fault for not reading the menu correctly however staff should have maybe picked up on it. That said food was great. Best falalfal ever had!

Great food friendly service. Rice was done really well, Didn't think falafel was anything special until I tried some here. Would go back again. Washed down with tea and baklava was good.

Warm welcome, attentive staff, amazing decor. We went at lunchtime and the food was delicious recommend the Schwarma platter. Would definitely go again loved it!!

Loved this place, food was brilliantly cooked and tasty with massive portions. Only let downs, flat breads not made on site (pre bought & warmed up) & came out smelling of smoak, they need better extraction

Very nice place, hardly anyone there .forgot one main order , the meat was very tough .the chicken wrap was very soggy .a bit disappointed

Great food and atmosphere, good value for money but is just missing vine leaves in the menu! Also another type of rice for gluten free people.

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Bakchich. The food was really nice and a bit different! It was also really good value. The ginger and lime drink I had was gorgeous!!

It was my first time to try out Lebanese food and me and my friend were quite amused by the food... Defnately be going back next week. The staff were very friendly and helpful... But maybe we have small appetites but there was just too big portions!!!

The food price a and quantities were great. We sat at the back of the restaurant this time (7 rather than 2 of us) and the service was a little all over the place. Wrong things delivered, one person left waiting for main quite a while after others, etc. still a nice evening but was a little erratic, felt like because we were at the back had been forgotten about a little

Food was lovely, service prompt and portion size huge, can't complain! If I had to be picky it would be that I couldn't get an alcoholic drink, aside from that it was very good.

They have it spot on, great authentic lebense food, great atmosphere in the result, got every detail right. Felt like being back in the middle East.

Bakchich was a great restaurant. The food was lovely and reasonably priced! The service was excellent, we came early and they seated us immediately and they happily accommodated a request to keep a present for one of the party which they brought out at the end as a surprise! I would recommend it to anyone and will be going back. :)

Constantly great food and very helpful staff. I have been there at least five times now and will keep going back - as it is always good!

There are friendly staff and the food is great value. There is plenty of choice for vegetarians as well. We really like it and will return.

Nice restaurant layout and choice of menu. Arabic rice was the best. Huge portion sizes. Good price for the amount of food you get. Took food home. Drinks nice also

Great Lebanese food all very fresh and authentic. Service was friendly and food arrived very quickly. Atmosphere was enhanced by playing arabic popular music. Would definitely recommend.

Your food is absolutely lovely,we been in Liverpool one few times before and when we found out that you are in Manchester also we booked the table straight away! Quality food for a brilliant price! Amazing fresh tasty food. Excellent service and hospitality. Great atmosphere with attentive knowledgable staff who happily explain the menu to those new to Lebanese food. Can't wait to come back.

Food 4/5. Service 3/5. Atmosphere 4/5. Minor issues we had: 1) One of our starters was not received but the problem was resolved by friendly staff. 2) I ordered a sweet potato falafel wrap (as a platter), I got the regular falafel wrap which was not a platter. I didn't bother to say anything but I'm sure they would have resolved it. But we were a group of 4 and I didn't fancy waiting for a new meal. 3) When paying the bill, I requested they do not use contactless (to which they acknowledged). However, they used contactless which ruffled my feathers. Overall the food was great and the staff were polite/friendly (however could do with listening more). I would go again. Please consider: Im a grumpy person
