Fantastic service. Scrumptious food. Really great time thanks everyone for being so great at bakerie. Goats cheese in particular was delicious and an amazing deal had by all
The Monday/Tuesday deal of two boards and a house bottle is such good value! We particularly enjoyed the chorizo. Good service considering how limited FOH seemed to be that night.
A Great Atmosphere. A Lovely Sunday Roast. A Nice bottle of red wine. Who could ask for more. We Will definitely return to the Bakerie
We really enjoyed the experience. Restaurant is very chilled, with helpful and friendly staff who made sure we had everything we wanted. We had the meat board which was perfect. I liked the fact you could choose your meats and as you'd expect the bread was great....particularly enjoyed the walnut granary. Good selection of wine. We will go back next time in Manchester.
Great atmosphere, amazing food and drinks. Took friends and they were all really pleased with our choice. Would definitely recommend and would visit again soon.
Flavoursome and filling food in a warm and relaxing environment. Plenty of options including those for vegetarians/vegans. Friendly staff. Great value for money. Would easily and happily recommend to all
Good, slightly cold but the food was very good and so was the environment and service, good wine selection available and good portion sizes available
I was not very satisfied with this visit to Bakerie as one of the soups of the day was not ready and the one item off the menu that I really wanted was not available either. We were booked in at 1pm so you would expect all food to be ready and nothing to have yet run out.
Always a great experience. Food great, and love the wine jukebox!! Staff are always really friendly and helpful, particularly with any wine recommendations from the wine jukebox.
Great atmosphere, great food, great service, what more could you ask for. The online was easy and I appreciated the reminders, they were a great help
We had the Sunday Roast - The food was all homemade and was fresh, tasty and good value. The staff were helpful and there was a good choice on the menu. We will definitely return.
Very friendly and professional service. Food was served fresh and quickly, could not fault service. If you want to go somewhere different, this is the place to go.
We had the vegan board and it was delicious! Service was great, very attentitive but not over the top. I will certainly return and recommend it.
One of the best roasts in Manchester hands down - love the concept of designing your dinner off the menu. Top marks & will be back again soon
Fantastic restaurant. The staff were extremely attentive, knowledgeable and friendly and both the food and wine were delicious, although the lamb burger is slightly spicier than expected!
Food ,service ,atmosphere could not be faulted and we will return The bread lives up the expectations as the name would suggest and refurb did not impact on us at all
Staff were super friendly and so helpful, couldn't do enough for us...as we needed some local knowledge. However we were disappointed with the meals. We were asked if everything is ok but chose not to remark in a negative way to not to ruin our evening. Again the young staff were great.
A wonderful place with friendly attentive staff, a fantastic varied menu and a lovely ambience! Lots of choice for all dietary requirements, which can be hard to find!
Great place for wine and a relaxing meal. Throughly enjoyed our food. Small menu but still plenty to choose from. Highly recommend a visit here.
Waitress didn't understand one of my friends request to have their food one one plate they have been before and found it difficult being partially sighted and found it easier eating everything on one plate Other than that the food was brilliant
Great Sunday lunch, you chose 3 items from the menu, the meat which comes with gravy, spuds and yorkshire pudding. And then two vegetables, the creamy leeks are yummy!
Great food, 23 had the vegetsrian board and the cheese board which ended up being more than enough between two of us. Ten out of ten
Staff were as friendly (as usual), food was incredible (as usual), and it was all very good value for money (as usual)! We weren't on the wine on this occasion, but the total dining experience was brill. Bakerie really is one of my favourite restaurants in Manchester.
Lovely restaurant/bar that I have never been to before. Staff were really friendly and helpful and more importantly the food was really good. Well presented and reasonably priced. Also as my husband is vegan he was really impressed with the options available and on that alone I'm sure we will make a return visit.
Food was very good and value for money, service was good and the staff very pleasant.Although we are not 21 anymore we felt there was a really good mix of diners and felt really welcome.
The bakerie boards are delicious, as is the wine. We got 1 board between 2 people with some extra bread and some potato wedges, it was plenty of food and good value! But it's mostly about the wine. Only negative was that it was so very warm, which stopped us from staying longer.
Nice atmosphere, very relaxed. Food was nice and interesting. Great to see certain elements sourced locally in the UK, including Houlloumi from Huddersfield. Gin & Tonic was massive!
Attended on a date and found the food really nice, staff were a little impatient but over all I enjoyed my visit to bakerie! 4 stars!
The food wasn't the usual standard, but it was a very busy and Father's day. The staff were great though and offered to exchange my father's meal as he thought the beef was too tough and chewy.
Bakerie has great food and a really nice atmosphere we went on a Friday night and it wasn't too busy. Will definitely go back again.
Great vibe and very friendly, helpful staff. We shared meals and went for the cheeseboard and the meatboards and some beautiful Portuguese wine. Great value for money and will be heading back there soon
The options were really great but the portions were a little small. Other than that we were very happy with the food and atmosphere. Thanks.
Excellent as ever. Staff very helpful, food great. Wine jukebox was a new experience, but well worth a try for something a bit different. Looking forward to the next visit.
The food was really great; we got two of Bakerie's lovely boards and a bottle of wine for £25. As a vegan, I was thrilled that they catered for me and provided a vegan board. However, the service was not great, with just one server catering for the whole restaurant on a Saturday lunchtime.
Love this place, best Sunday lunch I've ever had. Shame no Sunday roast boards anymore or it would be a six. Will definitely be back!
Excellent wine and sharing boards. Gluten free bread was great!
The food portion size and quality has in my opinion gone down for the price you pay which is a pity especially on the sharing platters
Good food, but considering that we went on a Wednesday night in April the service was pretty slow (for example it took 5 minutes for the staff to notice us and take us to a table). Nice atmosphere and good location.
Tasty food, nice selection of wines, warm and efficient service. Poor acoustics and loud music that's more foreground than background. So, if you hope to have a conversation with your dinner companion/s, you'll need to brush up on your lip reading.
A group of us visited for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. I had the beef stew with focaccia from the lunch menu, the meat was very tender and stew was really tasty. Was a small portion but that was okay for lunch. Others in our group chose the walnut bread to go with the stew and were a bit disappointed as they got half a slice and when asked for more were told they didn't sell it as slices so they had to order a mixed bread basket- considering the Bakerie's main selling point is bread I thought this was a little strange. One of our group ordered the charcuterie board, this was overpriced at £15 for the very small portion- 3 choices of meat and the lamb kofta was tasteless, accompanying bread basket was nice. The bar is nice and barman very knowledgeable. Think we would visit agin but just for drinks.
