I thought it was good value for money, very friendly service and the sea bass that two of us had was delicious , my other friend thought the pasta was stodgy and that she hadn't chosen well.

Amazing food amazing wine and cheerful service. One of our favourite places to eat. This restaurant really does have that personal feel and is very welcoming.

A very friendly place with wonderful food, that's all tone needs to know. But add to this the lovely atmosphere, even early in the evening, attentive staff and the willingness to share recipes, and you really can't go wrong. I took my family there for supper and we had a wonderful evening.

We had a very enjoyable meal. service was good . Good choices of starters and main courses. Reasonably priced and good value for money. would recommend

Fantastic food, superb wine list, very reasonably priced, relaxed atmosphere, best place to eat in Godalming. My 9 year old loves the kids menu too!!

Still the best restaurant in Godalming by far. Consistently good food and a warm welcome and the satisfaction of getting away from the so predictable chains.

Great atmosphere! Great food! We had sharing platters then penne bolognaise. A lovely rosé wine too..we'll be back very soon, thanks to all the staff who looked after us.

The food and service was very good. However when I checked my bill at home I noticed that I had been charged £13.50 instead of £10.50.

Barbaracca is a wonderful Italian restaurant with really good dishes and professional and friendly staff. I am sure I'll be back sooner than later :)

Great Italian food with many sicilian dishes with both an informal and formal menu choice. Nice wine selection. Super, personal service. Relaxed buzzy atmosphere. 100% sure we will go again. For our main course we chose pink rump of South Down Lamb, rosemary jus, breaded peppers (room temperature), hand cut chips which was served exactly as described - perfectly cooked.

A wonderful authentic Italian restaurant with fantastic food and brilliant service. The best restaurant in Godalming, especially for a quality to price ratio. Relaxed at lunchtimes and an event in the evening.

Fantastic atmosphere! We had the Rapido lunch menu. The food is such good quality and so reasonable. Would definitely recommend it to anybody who wants to try somewhere independent rather than the usual chains!

Full on a Tuesday night so we are not the only ones who think that this culinary link with Sicily is really good. Children friendly. Make it your next stop in Godalming.

Friendly service but lasagne was dry and over cooked and we felt the menu was limited. We preferred the restaurant menu before it changed from La Luna.

The staff were so friendly and attentive. The small menu had an abundance of delicious authentic options. Great atmosphere with quirky touches like a map of Sicily and wine crates decorating pillars. Will definitely go for a return visit.

it was such a lovely dinner . This was our second visit at the restaurant and again it did not disappoint me and my family great fresh food and lovely staffs !

Great Scicilian food. freshly prepared, full of flavour, lots of herbs. Really delicious. The atmosphere is friendly and attentive. Welcoming for families and couples. Would recommend it.

Great food and service-best Sicilian restaurant outside Sicily!!! Highly reccommend this place. We have had a table of 10 and 2 the past two times we have visited and both times fantastico! :-)

We arrived for our dinner reservation and were greeted immediately by the welcoming and friendly staff. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed. We were served some fabulous food made from fresh local produce which tasted great. The waiting staff were friendly and efficient. Would certainly recommend for a relaxed great tasting evening meal.

Such friendly, helpful people. Good sharing starters and tasty mains. A reasonable wine selection too. Great place to take the family...and there is plenty of parking nearby.

Went for the special Sunday lunch menu; booked well in advance. Arrived to find that only the normal dinner menu was on offer because, to boot, the chef was on holiday. Asked about the catch of the day which was on the menu but was told that was not on offer. Expressed disappointment on both counts, noting that the website gave no indications of disruption and no one contacted us once we'd made our booking. Observed that it was not what I had planned for our wedding anniversary lunchtime celebration treat, away from the kids. Basic apology given by the waitress but no other gesture made (eg manager apologising; complementary coffee;...) Not sure who was cooking but they did a good job. Core Italian food with good ingredients and decent composition. Will go back at some point but will not rush as there are other places out there.

Lovely warm welcome and we were seated quickly. The hot starters were fantastic. My main course was fantastic (Hake) and my wife's pasta was tasty but lacked much aubergine which when it is called an aubergine & tomato pasta was a shame. The decadent sundaes are great to share and are delicious. We had a nice bottle of wine and a couple of dessert drinks and the bill was around £75.00, not cheap but hardly extortionate for the quality of food.

Great food and great service made for a really enjoyable evening. Well definitely be be going back soon, to try some other items from the menu.
