Another lovely meal with fabulous service. Love the fact they offer gluten free options as my husband has coeliac disease, so there's none of the awkwardness going through the menu deciphering what he can and can't eat.

Very good food and service. There were a lot of people in white robes, spa packages. So maybe I would not go in the day again.

Visited here for my mum's birthday. Yet again a lovely meal. At the end of the meal mum had ordered desert which the chef had wrote in chocolate 'happy birthday' - mum was thrilled. The only complaint I have is the lift is still out of order - a good couple of weeks this has been. My mum is disabled and so found the stairs hard work.

Bertram's restaurant & spa beautiful place. Went the first time for afternoon tea on Mother's Day it was delicious would highly recommend. Been twice for Thursday supper club Lovely food atmosphere & decor staff very friendly & helpful had a great evening. Will be returning again soon.

Excellent food the service was spot on and the staff are fantastic they are so polite and helpful. The cocktails are amazing. A great night out!

Love this restaurant; food and service are always excellent and the views from the restaurant over the countryside are lovely! Thursday Supper Club is always great value. Definitely recommended!

Excellent meal, good friendly service and comfortable surroundings albeit a little dark in some of the dining areas. Thursday Special is really good value including a bottle of wine and two courses.

Food quality was very nice but portions small for the price tag. Polite but slow service and felt like it lacked any atmosphere in the restaurant.

Food was faultless, except for the rancid butter which was served up. It lacked atmosphere, I requested to sit somewhere with a view but was ushered immediate into a corner area with no view. The floor needed a good clean. It was a quiet night and the service was only average. When I told them the butter was off it took a long time for them to return with some new butter and bread. Would not return. Very disappointed to have spent Silver Wedding celebration there.

The staff were, as always, very attentive and friendly. We went for the Thursday Supper Club and, although the meal was a lot cheaper than it would be usually, the food was the same brilliant quality. We really enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

Delicious food, as always, along with extremely friendly and accommodating staff! The drinks were efficiently made and delivered, and the atmosphere inside the restaurant was lovely. Always a pleasure to spend time in Bertrams!

Went for Sunday lunch. We were the only people in there fully clothed. Everyone else was in a robe from the spa. It was rather odd

Great food and value for money. Would be even better to have a slightly different eating area for those who are not in dressing gowns from spa areas.

I loved our visit, everything was brilliant. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is amazing. I just love the cocktail bar and highly recommend to my friends.

Excellent service and excellent night as always at Bertrams. Value for money and fantastic food. Never left waiting for too long and always greeted with a smile.

Service a little slow, however all staff polite and well mannered, food couldn't be faulted would definitely revisit.
