Black Pepper

Food was faultless and portion sizes about right. I was also allowed to swap potatoes for an alternative. The only issue was with the slow service. Servers were attentive when they arrived but too slow.

Lovely, attentive staff, delicious food and wine and fast service. Great place for date night or dining with a group! Highly recommend Black Pepper :)

The meal was excellent and the service was great too. We've been a couple of times in the last month and will definitely be back.

A brilliant evening, wonderful food and drinks, lovely atmosphere, the staff are so welcoming and the service is outstanding. The visit was for my birthday and was made to feel very special with lovely free drinks and an ice cream with a sparkler. Thank you for a memorable night. Definitely recommended

Menu varied, food was superbly cooked, tasty and value for money, service friendly and prompt. Would liked ro have seen more Italuan wines by the glass but we had perfectly mixed cocktails instead.

We hadn't been to Black Pepper for a while and we were pleasantly surprised to be recognised by the always friendly staff and owner Azziz. We will definitely continue to use the best restaurant in Hatch End

The staff were Courteous and friendly starting from the manager to the ladies. The food too is great and the atmosphere is relaxed, very good for evening. Total service delivery is excellent

Nice food, decent service! As the restaurant was very quiet on a Monday night, there was a distinct lack of atmosphere. Better when the usual bustle.

Food was delicious and we were served complimentary olives. As it was busy we were a bit cramped and service was somewhat slow, but friendly.

We haven't visited Black Pepper for several years but I'm very pleased to say the standard of food and service is still as good as ever !

Food was lovely and staff friendly and polite. This restaurant is worth a visit, it is reasonably priced and I have always enjoyed what I had. I really liked the minestrone soup.

Food very high quality and service excellent, despite a few large parties and a very full restaurant. Prices are below what they could charge so excellent value. Nice personal attention from the manager/owner too. Highly recommended.

The food was good and tasty. The staff were friendly but the restaurant was not full even though it was a Saturday night and therefore lacked atmosphere.

Excellent lunch from a good set menu. Very reasonably priced and served by their friendly staff. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Hatch End area.

Unfortunately, I was very ill after I returned home on the Friday night. I know for certain I was not ill because I consumed too much alcohol - had 2 glasses of red wine at the restaurant. I had motzerell cheese for starters and Fish for main course - Im assuming it was the starter or the main course that I became ill from. All my friends had another dish ( Not Fish ) I usually would rate the Black Pepper but this time I cant unfortunately.

Great local restaurant, handy to have round the corner. Always a warm welcome and a great atmosphere. Food is good and realistically priced. I would recommend this restaurant.

Fantastic food and service. Big portions and great value. I love the place especially the lobster spaghetti and the cheesecake. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening as usual

I have to say that from the start, the customer service was really top notch. Really friendly and a nice atmosphere. We had a 3 course meal and the portions weren't too heavy for us to indulge in the desserts (the Tiramisu was delicious). It was my parents wedding anniversary and the owner of the restaurant gave them complementary glasses of champagne at the end of the night which was well received. Over all really good hearty food. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again!

Service was extremely good and food was very nice. Have booked for christmas for 12 people so we must have been impressed. My go before then.
