Amazing food, great service. Just need to update the toilets with available toilets which have a light and hot water for a start. What's on the menu is amazing but there isn't a huge choice so it may be difficult to cater for everyone in a group. Apart from the toilet situation everything else was great.

On point! Lovely meal, the the table we had for three was a little cramped unfortunately but apart from that everything else was as good as it is is.

Great restaurant and the staff are super friendly. Mountains of food that you will struggle to finish but all of it is amazing quality. Definitely try the chocolate fondue as a dessert but be prepared for a good coma.

One of my about favourite places to eat in manchester! Drink table service and both roast fondue and churros were delicious. Look forward to getting vouchers for Bock again.

What an amazing concept! Yorkshire pudding waffles, beautifully slow cooked beef, nice selection of veggies and delicious gravy (the smell of which hit us as we entered Bock Biere Cafe after an afternoon of pre Christmas shopping). The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff attentive but not overly so, food tasty and portion sizes about right. We opted for dessert also and the churros were as good as those I’ve tasted in Spain. Will definitely visited again and recommend to others. You will not be disappointed!!

Food is excellent but service was terrible. Really let the place down. We were in there for 2.5 hours and didn’t get asked if we needed a drink once.. the waiters walked past the table many times and ignored us.

Great food. Ordered the Christmas roast fondue and it was amazing. Fresh, hot, tasty, and they willingly brought us more gravy and extra veg. The beer flights and cocktails were also amazing, the staff friendly. All round great experience. Only negative was the desserts. We ordered 3, one of each on the menu and they didn't live up to the main course.

After making a reservation, we could have been given a better table. It was falling apart and right next to the kitchen and supply of kitchen utensils. Food was good though.

A totally amazing experience!! The staff were really accommodating, we turned up early for our booking and they did everything to make us welcome. The selection of beers was brilliant, and the food was SO good. Had to have the Christmas dinner fondue, which was an amazing experience, the turkey was a bit dry but everything else was perfect. Had the cheesecake and the mocha mousse for dessert and both tasted fantastic, there was just too much food to manage it all!! Would definitely recommend and definitely go back next time I'm in Manchester.

Food was ok, but nothing exceptional, we got a mix of the Sunday roast with an option for vegetarian, we thought there would also be cheese but no...Nice atmosphere, small space downstairs.

We went here for the roast dinner fondue. Obviously the novelty factor is high, but the food was lovely. Crisp green beans, crispy roast potatoes and the beef literally fell apart. The only slight criticism we have is that our Yorkshire pudding waffles were a tad on the burnt side. Besides the food we loved the decor and the service was good. The only negative point was the women’s bathroom. Although aesthetically well designed the stalls are made of corrugated iron which means they are freezing! I then washed my hands with cold water and dried them using the dryer which was also somehow blowing cold air! Other than this we enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend for food or as a place to while away a couple of hours with some drinks.

Novelty factor is great but in essence the food is massively overpriced as you are paying £50 for a two course Sunday/Christmas dinner for two!!

It was exceptional. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The drinks paired perfectly with the food, and again were reasonably priced. The atmosphere of the restaurant matched the food great. Would recommend as a restaurant for a date, or for a fun get together.

Dirty glass. And for a vegetarian option expensive at £25 per person. We prebooked and we’re seated downstairs. Food wasn’t hot. French onion soup was good and wine options were good.

Loved the relaxed ambience and idea is genius! We had the festive fondue and was gorgeous... the meat, waffle Yorkshire & gravy combination was simply devine! Only slight gripe was the pigs in blankets & stuffing were cold but complain at the time as the rest was really good. Will definitely return
