Bon Gusto

The atmosphere was great, cozy and comfortable. The staff were attentive and pleasant. The food was delicious! We had the bruschetta, burrata rocket salad, pizza and pastas- all delicious. All fresh. The desserts were amazing- tiramisu, gelato and panna cotta. Just a delicious evening.

Both the food and service incredible. Cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Perfect location for before or after a visit to Buckingham Palace but the food shld bring more guests in. Absolutely fabulous food and we tested half the menu

Unfortunately we waiting a long time for our starter as people who came in after us got their food first and then the main meal came before we had finished the starter....just a shame as the food was absolutely delicious.....probably just an oversite but would happy eat here again . We couldn't fault the service really

Lovely restaurant staff and lovely food. Went prior to doing to see Hamilton - close location the theatre.

Food was good but extremely poor service. Waitress was in a bad mood and acted like she couldn’t wait for us to leave. Other waitresses filled in for her during the meal which helped. Had to wait 20 mins after we were finished to get the check ( from another waitress).

Very helpful and friendly staff. I had the ravioli which was quite nice but not outstanding. My friend had the chicken which she enjoyed.

I had visited Bon Gusto previously and had an amazing experience so was excited at the prospect of returning. This visit let me down. The atmosphere was horrible, the table next to us were watching videos out loud and on the telephone the whole time. The food was also undercooked and when I left half of my meal, I was not given the chance to say why. The ‘optional’ service charge was also left on despite not receiving anywhere near service.
