Lovely restaurant staff and lovely food. Went prior to doing to see Hamilton - close location the theatre.

Food was good but extremely poor service. Waitress was in a bad mood and acted like she couldn’t wait for us to leave. Other waitresses filled in for her during the meal which helped. Had to wait 20 mins after we were finished to get the check ( from another waitress).

Very helpful and friendly staff. I had the ravioli which was quite nice but not outstanding. My friend had the chicken which she enjoyed.

I had visited Bon Gusto previously and had an amazing experience so was excited at the prospect of returning. This visit let me down. The atmosphere was horrible, the table next to us were watching videos out loud and on the telephone the whole time. The food was also undercooked and when I left half of my meal, I was not given the chance to say why. The ‘optional’ service charge was also left on despite not receiving anywhere near service.

Everything was delicious! My husband had lasagne & I had salmon. We both had garlic focaccia bread & dinner salads and a lovely glass of Pinot Grigio. Excellent, friendly staff!

Our favorite causal restaurant in Westminster. Due to travel changes, they fit us in for an earlier table than we had booked. We enjoyed our pasta dishes and the family all agreed the chocolate mousse is the best they've had anywhere.

I love the place. However, it gets very noisy, I am neurodivergent, and the noise has a bad impact on me. But.. the service and the food are excellent so I can do with the noise from time to time :-)

The special of the day..Cannelloni...the pasta was too thick and it all was too dry. i was hoping for something SPECIAL at £23.90 The powdered Parmizan cheese..please let's do it properly with fresh grated at the table. The half bottle of Chianti was lovely along with the mushroom Risotto. It's convenient for a visit to Buckingham palace. With a Service charge of 12.5% it became expensive

Friendly staff, good food and wine. My wife thought that her fish with pearl pasta was a little dry and lacked flavour however I had the chicken and it was lovely.
