Made to wait upon arrival, with no acknowledgment. Staff seemed impatient with us. Not given water when seated. Food undercooked and disappointing.

Good and polite customer service despite lunch rush, but the chicken ceaser salad was extremely disappointing. For £20 despite a large portion, it was chicken, salad leaves and an odd dressing - very bland. I would not recommend.

We went on the basis of Trip Advisor reviews and were not disappointed. Strange to find a 'neighbourhood gem' in the centre of Westminster but that's what it is.
