The food is of good quality and worth the money. There is also a nice selection of drinks which are a little pricey but the food and atmosphere makes up for that!

Nice enough but chargrilled chicken was more like peppered chicken. Raised our disappointment only to be told 'it's just seasoning '. Totally wasn't :just seasoning'. A little let down for my wives 40th birthday celebration

C&C is always a cool place go! My wife and i go there frequently and will keep choosing to over everywhere else in the village!

Food was excellent, but food came before drink spoke to manager and he didn't really care. Was more bothered that food came in 8 minutes. Will be returning soon because food was really good

Food was good, my wife really liked the ribs. The service was reasonable, but the restaurant was quiet, not sure how it would be if it was busy.

Took ages to get served and on the menu it didn't say the brisket was smoothed in BBq which it should say. Either BBq or gravy with brisket. It should say the standard in all burgers then what exactly is in each burger.

Wonderful friendly service and lovely food even though it was very busy. The portions are not too big, so there's room for dessert. Also excellent gluten free selection

Sunday Lunch sharing platter ordered for 4 people, we had all 3 meats on offer, Pork, Chicken and Brisket. All beautifully cooked, super yorkshire puddings and roast veg. Overall a lovely Sunday lunch with quick and friendly service.

Gorgeous food had a waiter who didn't really know what he was doing as he was a bartender but made the experience better definitely recommend.

We often like to visit Canteen & Cocktails for Sunday dinner and each time have had fantastic food and fantastic service. We love the idea of the sharing platter - it works perfectly for groups!

Been here lots of times for food and drinks but Sunday we tried a 'Sunday lunch platter' and it was delicious! Didn't expect anything else really! Fab food and a great atmosphere! 👍🏻

Unfortunately the food took almost an hour to arrive at the table, which wouldn't have felt so long had we not had empty glasses and struggled to find staff to make more. The food was tasty but some food was missing or drinks that were ordered were wrong. The price for a chicken breast with a small thimble of coleslaw was £10.95 ish and a side was £3 extra, a bit steep.

Attentive staff, salmon was delicious, quick service. Spent two hours working our way through the cocktail menu. Sweet potato fries are a must! Lovely bar.

Food was delicious but service slow as usual. Then three really drunk really loud lads sat on the next table swearing and being extremely noisy. We had a pregnant person in the group so felt we had to leave early!

The food was delicious but service quite slow in taking our order even though it was fairly quiet. Initially disappointed with the table offered considering we had a made a reservation but were moved upon request. Would visit again.
