There were 8 of us so quite a big number. The restaurant was pretty busy given it was early Saturday evening but our food didn't take too long to arrive and we all enjoyed it.

Took 2 friends for a treat. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Even by allowing us to go in for lunch before our scheduled time. Service was first class and we weren’t rushed at all. Food was delicious too.

Took nearly 45 minutes from order to food being delivered which is okay if they communicate any delay but I was the one who had to chase up after everyone around us received their order. We also didn’t have the table we requested which again is okay ibut had no communication why. Food though when it arrived was excellent.

There’s been an update to the menu since is last visited and the set menu choice was very good. Really enjoyed the mushroom risotto and my guests loved the Chicken Milanese. I like the ambience of the restaurant and the staff were attentive as usual.

Love Carluccio, never lets you down. It was my first time in this branch which I really liked. It is spacious and is perfect for any occasion really. The service was excellent! Wine is a little expensive but it was delicious too.

Friendly service. I arrived an hour early and had a delicious macchiato and then when my friend arrived, we shared a plate of antipasti and had a delicious Pinot Grigio.

The staff was not very attentive, there was poor attention to the needs of our party.

I eat there regularly with friends and I'd booked a table for 12.45pm, because I knew it would be busy, as it was a half-term Saturday. The restaurant was pretty chaotic with children running round and screaming, and a queue of people at the door, which I expected. What I didn't expect was to be presented with the bill at 2pm, while I was still drinking my post-meal tea, and to be hassled out of the restaurant while we were trying to use the loos, so they could give the table away to people who had walked in off the street. I had booked a table and spent 2 hours travelling to get there and 2 hours to get home again, only to spend precisely 75 minutes in the restaurant before being shown the door. If this branch of Carluccio’s wants to survive after so many others have closed down, they should reconsider their standards of service. A very unsatisfactory experience.

Came here for a dinner with a friend after work. Tasty food and lovely service from the staff! Good atmosphere. They have a set menu, which doesn’t have great options but excellent price for the options available. Limited options for pregnant women also due to unpasteurised cheeses in many dishes and just generally small menu. They seated us near the door which has a big draft - overall you get what you pay for and was a lovely evening meal.

I went to an Italian restaurant hoping to eat fresh pasta, but we ended up eating undercooked packaged pasta. It was a complete disappointment.

Okay. Carluccios are not what they once were, sadly. Extremely dry chicken and tasteless chicken Milanese, and undressed salad. Arancini to start on a blob of tomato passata which tasted like it was straight out of a jar. The arancini tasted ultra processed. Pudding nice, but can’t go too wrong with something containing chocolate and ice cream. Won’t be going back in a hurry.
