4 adults 4 children, ordered food pretty promptly once we got menus, took 55 minutes for them to bring food. People nice but absolute nightmare service. Food very average microwave lasagne etc. Vegetarian pasta was okay.

There was six of us. We arrive early and our table was already for us. Great service and the food was excellent. Always come when we go to the Albert Hall. See you in the near future.

We had an enjoyable meal with family and close friends. The attention given to small children and our paricular wishes was exceptional. Thank you

Food was unremarkable. This was the first time since Carluccio’s went into receivership and were bought out of their debt. It’s not the same place although the brand name is the same. Pretty ordinary.

We visit London each year from Australia and always dine at Carluccios in South Kensington. It’s always been busy and bustling with energy. This visit was different. It was only about a quarter occupied on a Saturday night at 7pm. The waiting staff needed some additional training. They were removing plates etc whilst one of us was still eating. They bumped us placing crockery but no apology. The table was not laid properly with no salt or pepper mill. We needed to ask for them. The food tasted delicious but seemed to have been not freshly prepared. We were a little disappointed. I hope its standards are not slipping but it seems so. Maybe this is reflected in the attendance.

Fortunately we booked for 1700hrs, slightly before the rush. But hey, the food was great (beef ragu and my friend had the duck), and the service was friendly from the smiling guy that served us. Keep the prices reasonable and the quality good. We will return soon.

The food was lovely and the waitress who took our order was great. After our main courses arrived, however, we were completely forgotten about. We had to flag someone down to ask for the dessert menu, and later had actually to get up and find someone to bring us the bill. The restaurant was half empty. Why was no one taking care of us? Everyone was filling salt cellars and cleaning up. But we were paying customers who hadn't finished their meal.

Very happy with the experience. Catered for my 3 year old who has a peanut allergy. Glad I pre booked a table as it was very busy.

Most of our dishes felt microwave heated at the last minute. Cannot be an excuse if it’s a busy lunchtime at this time of year. If anything, we expect beloved restaurants to live up to expectations at these times and when we’re recommending you to friends. Miles away from what I expected from the Carluccio’s I knew. Never coming back.
