Really exceptional service, food quality as you'd expect, a reliable classic in South Ken

Great Food - the resteaurant was quite full over lunch time, but noise was OK, and service very quick. The staff was also very willing to make subsitutions in food, bring extra sauces or change my freexing coke for the one with room temperature. So overall nice lunch and great experience!

Service and ambience were fine. Chicken burgers and drinks were also fine. But the pasta was poor - overcooked and too dry. The Lasagne had little "juice" and the Carbonara was a paste rather than a sauce. Antonio Carluccio must be turning in his grave :-(

Great gluten free option! Very delicious. Both our meals very very good and service was excellent.

Sadly Carluccio's has gone down hill. We ordered a bottle of Gavi to be told there was only a bottle of Pinot in the whole restaurant, they had run out. The staff never smiled. The food was average nothing special. The toilets were absolutely disgusting. We won't be returning again.

It was a lovely visit. The staff were extremely friendly. The drinks were good, and although a little loud, we had a good time. My main meal was chicken with a crust of rosemary. It was a little overcooked, but still delicious. I´d definitely go back!!

We have a Xmas dinner every year there and the food is fantastic. Atmosphere is very welcoming, the guys are superb.

A very enjoyable visit with friendly, efficient staff and great food. The only thing that rather annoying were several young children running around making a lot of noice and not being stopped by their mothers. It took one of the staff to put an end to this and thankfully the children sat quietly drawing after that.

We asked to cancel the service charge and leave a tip decided by ourselves but the charge was not deducted from our bill. We paid in over the amount in cash to leave a tip but and paid in cash but were asked to pay £10 more to settle the amount on our bill.

You know you’ll get a delicious meal with great service.

There is just one grumble. Staff leant across me to serve the friend sat next to me. There was space to go around me. If there hadn't been the least they can do is say "excuse me". The first I knew of it was when the plates & then the coffee came past my face 😒

We were snatching something to eat prior to heading to the Albert Hall so really appreciated the speed with which we were seated and subsequently served. The food was great and the bill very reasonable

Firstly there was some confusion as to whether a dessert could be included in the regular fixed price menus with starred items. Our waiter misunderstood our question and was generally of an unfriendly demeanour. In the case of our starters and main courses the quality was distinctly average. Akin to run of the mill pub food. A bill of £120 + seemed to us high, even for the 4 of us, given this very disappointing dining experience. I suggest Carluccio’s need to reflect on quality control and value for money!

Food was good. One of the diners ordered a pappardelle dish and they brought a penne dish instead. When we complained they said “I’m sorry but we run out of pappardelle!”. Staff were super busy but nice to deal with

It was very nice. The food was great but we asked for room temperature still water and we got a cold bottle. The waiter seemed a bit in a rush but in fairness the restaurant was rather busy. Other than that, we loved it.

Booked table for 1730.....ages for order to be taken..food arrived after chasing senior waiter at 1830. We were under pressure to get to RAH concert

Very pleasant waitress. We just had one hour and then needed to dash. No problem as food and drinks arrived speedily. Thank you.

It wasn’t busy but no one asked if I needed anything (while I waited for my son) for 15 minutes.the food was good ( not exceptional though) and it was all quite expensive.

Five of us went to the History Museum and booked Carluccio's for lunch. The service was friendly and expedient and the food was excellent. Can't fault it.

My wife is gluten and dairy intolerant. Totally helpful in making sure she had a great meal that met her needs. Good service. Lovely Carluccio food as usual.
