Great food, lovely quiet atmosphere. The reason I scored a 5 and not 6 was that we had to ask for additional drinks and the desert took quite a while to come but will definitely go again and price was very reasonable.

Food was great, service was good, I think a bit more experience in drinks would make this place even better. Overall though a great place to eat

Great food and great service. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. One of the party did find a hair in his food, but it was quickly dealt with and he was given a free drink. All in all we had a nice meal.

Great food and great atmosphere. There is something for everyone on the menu - If you need gluten free bread then please ask, as the management have now stocked gluten free bread at the request of my friend who wanted a sandwich, but couldn't have bread. Very accommodating.

Constantly having to ask for more drinks and part of the food came out only lukewarm. Menu has changed again! And is very limited. Eaten here before had its been much better.

Friendly with great food. Speedy service on a busy night. A little noisy for the in laws but understandable with how busy they were. Diffinetly go again.

Really disappointing evening, which is sad because the staff and decor all lovely but the food lets everything else down. The food was extremely salty and over priced for the quality. My friend ordered a fish dish but got chicken when asked why she was told that the fish was off the menu but nobody had checked what she wanted instead, The chicken was off the special board and was supposed to be Thai bbq with sticky rice but it was a mile away from the description and it was one chicken thigh for £15. Really wish the review could me more positive, sorry.

Another superb evening out at Chime. I took four girlfriends who'd never been before and we all had a lovely time. The menu was varied and we were spoilt for choice and when the food arrived it was delicious. The staff and service was as good as always. Well done Chime

As usual really good, only a little slow at getting refill drinks and white wine was not cold. We are becoming regulars at this well run local restaurant.

Brilliant food, restaurant design and staff. Dining experience Is not rushed by servers so you feel relaxed. Cocktails are also divine. Great for a meal with family or the girls.

Great attentive staff. Food good. A few items "not available" but it was Easter Sunday evening so I guess you have to expect that to a degree. Service could be quicker and the kitchen needs to pay more attention to the orders at the pass. We missed a couple of items but it was no biggy

Over crowded, used too much cheese on cheesy food, food wasn't warm enough, wasn't worth the amount of money it was. My friend had the pizza and I tried abit and it was mainly cheese and hardly any tomato. Not the best.

Excellent as always! Great flatbreads for a lunchtime meal. Staff friendly and excellent customer service. I would recommend to anyone thats looking for somewhere that has a modern look with a relaxed atmosphere to meet for coffee or a meal!

Lovely atmosphere and really good food. The food offers a good variety. Staff are really friendly and it's a bustling little place. We've eaten here a few times and never had a bad experience.

Very disappointing! I have eaten at Chime before and had a nice meal, but today was very different. It started with the starter arriving to share with no plates for us to eat the starter from and having to ask for some. My daughter ordered the CFC wrap with posh ketchup, when it came it was only lukewarm and no 'posh ketchup' on telling the waitress she asked would we like to have some extra fries instead, not what you really want to be asked. I ordered the Chicken and bacon salad with honey mustard glaze (smaller version), this came in a bowl that was very difficult to eat out of and the salad kept falling out and onto the table. The chicken was mediocre - and did not taste of honey and mustard. All in all a pretty awful lunch, not what you expect when you spend £28. I won't be visiting for a while.

Its was just okay, bit of a wait for booked table, children's chicken a bit spicy/peppery despite asking whether or not before ordering, bill was wrong 3 times had I not noticed I'd a been over charged by £22. Is it a bad place, no is a great place no, just okay.

Absolutely terrible service, serving staff were standing in the till area eating & messing about all evening it was like a youth club. Our starter plates took almost 40 minutes to be cleared and we waited an hour for our mains (Wednesday evening!) which, by the time we got them were completely dried up, the rice accompanying the curry was rock hard. No check back during the meal & horror of horrors there was a snail in my meal! Absolutely disgusted! We were given £6 off the bill. Not enough to excuse the absolute shambles of a meal. Won't be back.

Had a lovely afternoon celebrating my sister in laws birthday, lovely surroundings, friendly atmosphere and prompt service, the cocktails went down very well and the food was delicious. There is only one thing I could fault and that is that I felt the music was just a little too loud, so we had to shout to have a conversation, but that didn't stop us from having a wonderful afternoon, Thankyou Chime :)

Delicious lunch, really enjoyed the Mexican bean wrap, though I would have liked a little more salad with it. Service was friendly and efficient, had a really lovely afternoon.

As ever, the service was excellent, friendly and efficient. Food was well presented and tasty. Had dinner on 16 March and a singer was performing -excellent music and sound pitched at the right level.

Lovely food as i am a veggie rarely get thoughtful menu but i did today plus attentive soux chef. Dri ks could havd been warmer but gt service. Thk u.

Excellent as always, great food and good customer service! My friend and i had lunch here today, first time for her . Portion size are just enough for lunch and flat breads are the best ive ever had!

Amazing breakfast - the pancakes were delicious and the full English was huge! The service was really good too - will definitely be back soon!!
