Chinese Manor House

Lack of service initially. Slow to provide early drinks. Three out of four meals enjoyable. The sweet and sour chicken was not so good as the chicken pieces were hard and tough to cut and eat.

Very friendly unobtrusive staff nice ambience and good food one of the best Chinese restaurants I have frequented. In a long while could enjoy the food at my pace

Good restaurant, lovely food and good service. Local restaurant very popular. Always busy which speaks for itself. Reasonable wine selection and great choice of starters, mains and sweets.

Very good quality and value. Well cooked, well served food. Staff friendly and helpful. Have been a few times now and will continue to visit.

Warm welcome , excellent service , menu with very good selection , not cheapest around but good value for money. Would recommend to others and would certainly visit again.

Amazing family meal at the Chinese Manor House! It was my birthday and even although it was only booked shortly before we arrived there were balloons on the table which were greatly appreciated. The food and drinks were fabulous and the service was first class, we will definitely be returning there on a regular basis! Great experience, thank you Chinese Manor House!

It's been a long time since we were there but glad to be back. Great tasting food with plenty of choice, nice surroundings and attentive staff. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Food was lovely and service attentive. Was spoiled a bit by a dispute over whether the Taste Card would be accepted. Restaurants shouldn't sign up to these reward schemes if there is going to be any ambiguity about when they are accepted. Stressful for all involved.

Lovely meal, main courses very nice and dessert, toffee banana excellent as well as good service, would highly recommend the Chinese Manor House well worth a vist

Great food and the staff were very helpful and attentive. Portions are good. Slightly expensive but you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend.

Some dishes were tasteless and the staff were a bit disinterested in us. Disappointed by the food overal and won't be returning there as also expensive.

Mt first visit to a very popular restaurant, the food was great offered dishes I had not seen before. We will be definitely be back.

Food was pretty good as always but the restaurant seems to have all new staff and the service was really quite slow compared to usual

Service was fine as was the food but did not like table set up as large vase of flowers obstructed your view of your fellow diners

Friendly helpful staff,lovely food,was my daughters 16th Birthday with family and friends,have been for lunch several times but just a couple of times for evening meal,never changes food always delicious,would always recommend.

Parking was good. Food was excellent and price was reasonable.For sure will visit again in the near future.An excellent place for families too. Very good.

A lovely meal served by very attentive and pleasant staff, however the acoustics in the dining area is poor which makes the experience a bit noisy.
