loved this place so much, I wish I could go back!

Nice restaurant, friendly staff. The food is great. Very fresh and a little different from the standard Chinese place. Lots of veg choices and the dumplings are fab! The banquet menu is very good value. Lots of different dishes made fresh and brought to the table. If you're brave enough you can have as many top-ups as you like, however we couldn't even finish the original food that was brought as part of the banquet menu. Very good!

As always the food and service were amazing! Can't wait until we go back, easily my favourite restaurant in Glasgow or any other city for that matter

It was empty the menu was poor and the waiter was abrupt and dressed like we just woke him up so we didn't order and left

Service was excellent, food was excellent. It's a lovely restaurant with a really nice atmosphere, and very affordable. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Cold, condiments dirty and greasy, food poorly cooked and Iooked and tasted like reheats from Iceland. Staff nice enough but I would not go back.

Delicious food and amazing atmosphere! Totally worth a visit and give a go to the different types of dumplings they have! Cocktails selection is interesting and with an Asian style

I've been to chop chop twice now, and both times I've enjoyed but thought could be better. Setting is lovely, though music is odd and isn't needed. Service is fair, but inconsistent. Food is good in parts,. Starters were excellent, mains were good on flavour but the pork and the chicken in both dishes were cut really small and lost some character that way. Not bad but could be better.

meal and service was top class as aways i would rate this as one of the best places to eatout having told my friends I've been eating chinese meals since was 19 years old and am now 76 been to HONG KONG SINGAPORE so chop chop up there with the best.

Excellent meal great choice on menu. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Good value for money. Decor lovely. Have been a few times with different friends and never been disappointed. Will be back.

Excellent food and service and great value for money, a party of 7 people ordered the 5 dish combo each and the food all arrived pretty much at the time and extremely quickly. Would highly recommend a visit!

Food was delicious (as always). My only slight issue is that the space (Glasgow restaurant) is over-lit, which makes it feel a bit empty even it isn't.

Was too impressed with this place at all had duck pancakes for starter and only got to my second one and they had my main sitting getting cold on my table really annoyed me and opted for the Singapore chow mein for lunch and all I could taste was chillies I like spicy food but that took the piss....

The food was delicious, and even though this time around some of the staff were not as attentive as the first time we went, it was still a delightful experience.

A really great meal - I always enjoy the Edinburgh branches but this was our first time in Glasgow Chop Chop. Would be great for group booking as well.

The people were very friendly and attentive. The food was well prepared and presented and very tasty. All in all a pleasant experience one which we will repeat.

This is a fantastic Chinese restaurant with great food. The soups are delicious and the food is really tasty. We left empty plates! The service was friendly and the staff attentive. Great value for your money. We plan to return very soon.

Not up to its usual good standards this time but ,was assured it was a one off . Will be back to check on that !!

Food...food and more food. Each new plate delivered to the table was a treat. Superb unusual northern Chinese cuisine served by excellent staff. And the cost for all this delicious fayre? £21 per head.

Very impressed with this restaurant - lovely clean new restaurant and service was absolutely great - staff couldn't have been more helpful - made us a dipping sauce for our dumplings (and showed us how to make it) - every course was lovely with a good choice. Would definitely recommend it.

The staff where great but was dissapionted with the food everything had a bitter taste which was probably the sauces they where cooked in not to our taste.

It was a nice restaurant with average food, service could be more friendly and warm. The portion were a bit snack size and the dumpling were not handmade.

The food was delicious, we had the 3 course lunch in about 50 minutes. The restaurant was really nicely decorated and the staff were friendly and helpful too

Lovely meal served by nice attentive staff in very pleasant surroundings. Will definitely be back. Have also given vouchers to three lots of friends who I'm sure will enjoy it too.

I went with my grown grandchildren who have great appetites, the food was so bad even they didn't eat it. It's a true saying one gets what one pays for. I think they should concentrate more on the quality of food rather than the decor!!

Freshly made food of excellent quality, nice to experience a meal with no additives melted in your mouth and very tasty. Service was good definitely will return

Drink order not taken when given menu. Food warm, verging on cold. Cold to eat once transferred onto cold plate. Had to ask for knives/forks.

Excellent food in a good venue. Staff attentive and friendly. The lunch banquet is varied and very good quality. Overall - incredible value for money at lunch time.

I love Chop Chop normally but was a bit disappointed this time round- the food wasn't as fresh as normal. Still go though! Bring friends and gave the buffet 😀

Lovely warm welcome. Ordered from the set menu. Fantastic choice. Food was delicious and piping hot. Great service from staff. Facilities clean. This was my 3rd visit. Took my husband and he was impressed.

Excellent food and delightful staff. I would have marked it down slightly because there was a delay with one of our starters, but we were given a double portion as compensation so I am happy to award full marks. Looking forward to our next visit already.

Very friendly, food was great. Only one prob we asked for all the food to come at the same time. A couple of dishes were brought out and we were advised the other dishes would follow in a couple of minutes. Unfortunately they didn't. Apart from that we have a fabulous time.

Booked a table for 2 at two o'clock. Girl was not interested in our name. Sat us at table an we were then ignored for 15 minutes. No offer of a drink or menus. We left. They apologised and offered a free drink but it was too late. Pity as on previous visits the food was good. The place was not busy but the head waitress acted stressed.

Second visit same as first time, great food, great service, great value. Visited at lunch time enjoyed excellent lunch time curry and bottle of wine will be back.

Loved Chop Chop - lunch menu is extremely good value and you will definately be 'full'. Recommend the apple dessert - good experience. We will definately return.

First time visitor, we had a great experience and will definitely be back at some time. Pleasant surroundings made all the better with fine food, friendly staff.

My husband & I both had a Chinese curry which was delicious. However, the meal was served on an ordinary dish i.e. not heated & we poured it onto the plate that was already on the table (which was cold). This resulted in our meal very quickly becoming cold.

Great food, great service. Not your average Chinese meal. We will definitely be back when we are in the city centre and would recommend it to anyone.
