We had a really excellent birthday celebration for my mum at Cote i Richmond. The food was lovely and the service was OUSTANDING. Thank you for helping to make it a really special night for us!

Never disappointed. Excellent as always. Can never fault the food or service at any branch. Looking forward to visiting again soon. Free Kir Royale as it was my birthday.

Fantastic service by everyone and they really looked after us all on my godmother’s birthday.(our waitress Faith was really friendly and helpful) We were sat at the lovely little front window table (seats 4 comfortably) and as a extra special occasion, they brought us all complimentary Kir Royales. Thoroughly recommended and will return!

Good food. Attentive and polite service. We eat here often for pre-theatre dinner and have never been disappointed. We would like the air-con to be a little more efficient though. It seems to fluctuate between warm and cool air and becomes uncomfortable for the brief period it’s running cool. Not only does it make customers feel briefly chilly, but also causes hot food to cool very quickly.

The offer of the free pudding was most welcome, it was very good. Everything was up to the good standard Cote always provides and with linen napkins.

Shame that they can only do a well done burger while Cafe Rouge can do medium or rare

Poor food! Soggy calamari; tough beef borguignon; watery prawns; ok fish pie. Overall, very disappointing.

Very enjoyable meal, friendly staff. Would have been a 6 star rating but I deducted a star because the promised complimentary blood orange martini was not forthcoming until I reminded the waiter who had to check with the manager that I was eligible for one. The manager was charming when I spoke to her and apologised but I did feel it was rather embarrassing that I had ask for the drink rather than be offered it. I shouldn't have to prompt the promotion.

Very good food. I had the duck - cooked to perfection. My friend had the fish stew which he enjoyed very much. Very good value. Would recommend it. Staff very helpful

Fantastic service from the Mamager and server. Nothing was too much trouble. Made to feel welcome and even when we wanted to change seats the Manager was very accommodating.

A birthday celebration with a friend. Staff very attentive, our complimentary Kir Royale added to the occasion. It was a little noisy at times but to be expected as a Sunday lunch time and full of families and their young. Food delicious, vegetarian menu options great choice.

Although very busy we had excellent service and the food quality was, as ever, made to a very good standard. I could just go for the excellent chips.

Didn't have May offer booking but gave the excellent cocktails anyway. Very quick with starter before wine arrived but then delay with main course! Staff very friendly and helpful and enjoyed our meals with seasonal asparagus and the special poussin.

Excellent, friendly service and fresh food cooked to a good standard. Nice atmosphere too The place is popular so make sure you book particularly if it’s a week end evening to avoid disappointment.

Our pre-theatre supper was everything it should have been. We had the Prestige Menu which was well worth the upgrade with just one starter and pud between us and the staff were happy to bring us two forks/spoons. Core has become our go-to pre-theatre place for consistently good food and friendly efficient service.

It's always busy here so best to book. Food is always good and reliable and the service is generally good. I would recommend as a place to eat. Also kid friendly.

Excellent in general. One dish had to be returned but the manager provided a free replacement without any fuss. We are keen to return to this branch.

This is the 1st. time that my sister-in-law and I have used Cote Bistro in Richmond. We were very impressed. The staff were lovely, welcoming and friendly. Service excellent, quick and prompt. Food cooked to our choices as my sister-in-law likes her steak well done and it was. The food was hot and we were warned that the plates themselves could be hot to the touch. We have decided that we will visit this establishment again in the future. Many thanks to all the staff.

Got tbe order incorrect with our steaks and coffees! Had to wait for mustard.....while steak was getting cold....asked for it when I ordered so should not have to wait for it.
