Very enjoyable with the usual tasty reliable food. Staff most attentive . The Easter Specials were particularly good. We also enjoyed the complimentary cocktail. What more can we say?

Normally we love Cote but last evening the food was terrible. The waitstaff were very nice but no one bothered to inquire if we were enjoying the food. My parmentier was barely heated through, had one giant chunk of uncooked leek, and the fish tasted off - most unappetising!! I left most of it and no one questioned why. Not a happy Valentine's Day!

As always, good food, good service and good value ... but please ask your lady manager(?) to wear soft shoes (like all the other staff)! – hard shoes constantly clonking across the wooden floor became quite irritating!

I booked via a email promotion for a glass of champagne for my guest and I. I had to ask for the drink. The food was great. The service was a little slow due to maybe not having enough staff as the waiters were on call were very busy. I also was charged for the "free" Champagne, which I had to ask to be taken off my bill.

Smashing waiter and food, at a reasonable price. I would quite like a warm or hot plate but appreciate not everyone does. Also I would have preferred no ice when it comes to fresh OJ.

I had a wonderful evening celebrating my birthday with my family. Staff were fantastic, so welcoming and really looked after us. The food was excellent too. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back soon.

Lovely welcome to the restaurant. Nice and friendly staff. Waitress was nice but our requests and orders had to be redone after providing them to her. Not sure if she did the orders and there was a communication breakdown but we had to always reorder to get what we asked for. My duck was a bit overdone and the calamari my friend had was a bit overdone and heavy. The food was presented nicely. I got a free bottle of wine ans birthday wishes so that was appreciated as well. Overall it was a nice evening.

Lovely birthday lunch for my daughter. We had the set menu - 3 courses for £13.50. What a bargain!

Anna who looked after us was amazing and very professional. Only negative, we were close to the service station and noise levels unbearable at times emptying and cleaning cups/saucers etc.

The offer of the free pudding was most welcome, it was very good. Everything was up to the good standard Cote always provides and with linen napkins.

Fantastic service from the Mamager and server. Nothing was too much trouble. Made to feel welcome and even when we wanted to change seats the Manager was very accommodating.

Nice pre-rugby lunch. Unfortunately you ran out of Pelforth Blondes very quickly, and the Heinekens weren't that cold. Steaks were good, and were prepared nice and quickly. Nice Irish Coffee to finish off!

It was a very enjoyable evening at Cote for all of us last night, The food was great as usual, the staff appointed for us was very efficient and organised and the ambiance was pleasant, thank you Cote!

Amazing staff very attentive and patient with us as we were unsure of what to order. Food was delicious as always. Ordered the pork belly and the lamb, both were extremely succulent and full of flavour.

We love Cote in Richmond. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, the food is great.. Would highly recommend the Calamari and Sea Bass .. and for meat lovers, the Steak & frits are great too.

The Service was really good but a I was bit disappointed with the fish stew . Starters were lovely and my dessert chocolate fondant delicious. I will definitely return but I will order a different main.

Service was very nice and the food was tasty. Ambience in the restaurant is good. The portions of some dishes are a little small but thee gluten free menu was varied and interesting. Overall we had a good meal.

The restaurant coped amazingly with our pre-wedding party for our daughter of 13 people last Friday night. We had an excellent pair of waiting staff who worked flat out to keep our family happy! Getting our family organised is like herding cats, so well done Cote Richmond for managing them. Food was very good and arrived when we wanted it so another big tick in the box for managing a large party.

Beef Bougignon tasted like frozen food that had been microvaved. Chicken was tough.

Service from Monika was excellent and the blood orange martini was delicious. The Steak Frites was great but the tuna was rather thin and tasteless. Overall a good night but not as perfect as usual.
