Full restaurant on a Wednesday lunchtime added to a great atmosphere. Prompt attentive service even though extremely busy Good selections on set and reasonably priced menus.

Fantastic food and fantastic service as always. The Cote restaurant is one of our favourite place to eat out. We always happy to go back to Cote with our family and friends.

We ate from the fixed price menu which we both agreed has decreased in choice and content since Cote introduced the Prestige menu. That said we enjoyed our choices - clean plates all round. Ambience good for late afternoon apart from a noisy child whose parents allowed him to run amok. Service was attentive but not intrusive.

The staff were super! I wished the same could be said for the food.

The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was excellent. I would definitely recommend a visit.

A lovely meal yesterday, staff were great and I was accomodated really well with gluen free choices.

we had a good meal on Saturday. There were lots of people in the restaurant but the service was good. The food was also good as usual. We have eaten here many times and never been let down.

Very enjoyable with the usual tasty reliable food. Staff most attentive . The Easter Specials were particularly good. We also enjoyed the complimentary cocktail. What more can we say?

We had a celebratory lunch for our daughters birthday. All my special requests were met and we had a wonderful time. Thank you to the waiting staff who went the extra mile to ensure a great birthday for our daughter

I love Côte! It is so family friendly and our children have grown up with the kids menu through to a la carte. We go for birthdays, young and older, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and any excuse in between. Tonight we had crab bisque, smoked salmon, crab mayo, moules, chicken liver parfait, followed by my favourite desserts coupe noire and praline crepe. Thank you for great, personalised service and for making my evening very special. I totally recommend Côte, and especially the Richmond branch xx

Always a very reliable venue for a good meal, well cooked and well priced. You are guaranteed a warm welcome. The food is usually served quickly but there is no rush to try and move you on.

My husband and I love Cote . We have tried Salisbury , where we live , Bath ,Exeter and Richmond . All have been the same , excellent standard . The service today was very good. The cocktail of the month - to be recommended and the prestige menu was delicious!

Excellent service and food. Really enjoyed the roast duck breast and the Kir Royale on the Mother's Day menu. This was a return visit of many.

Excellent staff, great ambiance and altogether a very good eating experience. Cote at Richmond is probably the nicest of all the Cote Restaurants in London. The manager Mr Matthew Smith, has such a positive attitude, and always ready to accommodate with a table at short notice. The staff don’t bother you with the obligatory ‘how’s everything’ questions whilst eating, which seems to be mechanically asked in all restaurants these days. Instead, they are very attentive if something’s needed. The Chef is excellent ! Great value for money.

lovely food, waitress was very pleasant. Despite a full house , very very busy evening the service was excellent. We were celebrating my mums 75th Birthday and the Birthday cake came out at the right time ,it was a really nice relaxed atmosphere.

Normally we love Cote but last evening the food was terrible. The waitstaff were very nice but no one bothered to inquire if we were enjoying the food. My parmentier was barely heated through, had one giant chunk of uncooked leek, and the fish tasted off - most unappetising!! I left most of it and no one questioned why. Not a happy Valentine's Day!

We booked a table for 19.30 on 4 April arriving at 19.40. We told your staff we had to leave by 21.00 latest as were booked in to see a film at the Curzon just down the road. Unfortunately, our main course was delayed for some reason and did not arrive till 20.45 Your staff immediately recognised the time issue as we had to rush through our main course - without prompting, the bill was cancelled. Very professional. We always enjoy our visits to Cote and your prompt action last week has only enhanced your reputation. We will be seeing you again soon! GW

I always rate Cote highly because it does what it sets out to do so well - mid range dining at its best. Over the road in Richmond is The Ivy Brasserie - overpriced with the food no better than Cote and the service markedly inferior.

As always, good food, good service and good value ... but please ask your lady manager(?) to wear soft shoes (like all the other staff)! – hard shoes constantly clonking across the wooden floor became quite irritating!

Nice quiet tables and pleasant service. Food excellent, as always, but service was very slow. We had to keep reminding staff to bring food and water. Ass we had a theatre booked, I missed the start of the concert and was not allowed to go to my seat and joint my friends until the interval.

Atmosfere, service and food absoutly first class! Veal escalope acompanied by frites, minted peas and glazed carrots was excellent. Folllowed with creme caramel and washed down with cople of glasses of Bordoux. Almost forgot..... G&T was a real treat to start with. A PERFECT MEAL!

I booked via a email promotion for a glass of champagne for my guest and I. I had to ask for the drink. The food was great. The service was a little slow due to maybe not having enough staff as the waiters were on call were very busy. I also was charged for the "free" Champagne, which I had to ask to be taken off my bill.

dessert ice cream fabulous drinks very reasonable but better glasses with more ice would make a bigger impact! Pretty good for Richmond but no bells and whistles sorry folks

Took my partner out for lunch at Cote. As usual the food was delicious and the service outstanding. Cote never disappoints and is far more consistent in maintaining high standards than other restaurants. It is a gem.
