Staff were great, atmosphere was good. I would suggest educate your people more on the wines you offer

I am extremely grateful to all your staff at the Richmond branch. We were celebrating our friend getting engaged and they welcomed and embraced the celebrations, allowing us balloons and confetti on the table and also offering us a drink on the house to toast her news. Great service, so friendly and overall a really lovely evening. So glad we picked there to celebrate!

Steak Frites and Creme Caramel, the best I know. So nice to be back and the governement paid £20 towards it. One of my favourite eateries anywhere and has been sorely missed. Welcome back. See you again soon.

Always a great experience and all the staff are super friendly and very professional. Menu great and food tasty.

The meal was ok though we missed the the set menus. My chèvre chaud did not have enough goats cheese but hadtoo much lettuce. The gazpacho was ok. I thought the meal was poor value for money despite the Government £10 off. Staff were excellent and social distancing was good.

We were both nervous initially as it was our first night venturing out to eat since the lockdown - the staff quickly put us at ease as all wore PPE Visors and tables were really well spread out to keep us safely socially distanced from other customers. The atmosphere was lively even with half the room occupied and we really enjoyed our food.

Excellent food and service. One point - the frozen berries dessert should be served with warm sauce, but it was almost cold. Probably been left for a while after preparation before being served. Otherwise very good as usual.

Friendly welcoming patrons. Service was good and efficient. All staff well protected against Covid19.

Ist choice had run out had cheese burgers but had to wait quite a long time because the chef was not satisfied with the kitchen's ist effort.

The food was as good as ever. The staff were welcoming and efficient. The COVID-19 practices in place were adequate, but could be improved by cutlery, glasses etc not being put on tables until guests arrive.

Terrible- food was cold and not very tasty. Staff were pushy and made inappropriate menu suggestions- we did not appreciate being asked if we wanted fries in addition to what we were ordering, if we did, we would have ordered them.

We had our starter arrive and we’re only halfway through when our mains arrived . This was all very quick All within 20 minutes of sitting down and clearly the chicken I ordered wasn’t cooked fresh as Although It was cooked It was not as hot as usual in the middle. All to rushed

Felt safe in the restaurant and service was excellent. My sirloin steak was tougher than usual, but the manager noticed I had left quite a lot and enquired if all was ok. I mentioned that the steak was not up to the usual Cote standard and she appologised and offered a free glass of wine in compensation. Excellent attention to detail and customer service. All other food consumed was excellent. Lovely to be back!

Food was mediocre and overpriced. Small portions hardly enough to fill a grown man’s stomach. I had the Breton chicken which was dry and in seasoned. With a Provençal sauce that was sour. The creme caramel dessert was very nice however.

only slot available was 9pm. We arrived at 8.50pm. Staff very friendly. Starter OK but main took a further half hour to arrive (9.50pm). My lobster was shocking - tough, chewy, dry - not a decent mouthful on the whole thing - I do not think it was cooked by the normal chef..

Great to be back in Cote again...no different than pre-covid in terms of atmosphere, which was, as usual, relaxed and enjoyable. Excellent food, wine and service. Hats off to the staff who were calm, efficient and resilient when a flash hail storm overwhelmed the gutters causing the restaurant to suffer significant water ingress through the ceiling and light fittings. It was business as usual whilst catching gallons of rain! Looking forward to going back soon.

If you really read these comments, I would expect an answer. The scallops were good as to the Poussin experience a grand disaster. The chef ought to read the meaning of Poussin, two pieces of rugged, dry meat chicken well past its sell by date do not represent a Poussin. Even my knife skills did not work, let alone, eat it. What saved the day is your disarmingly charming manageress “Amy”, a true gem. THANK YOU AMY.

Good quality at the Richmond Côte better than Kingston IMO. The Breton Chicken was lovely perfectly cooked l added spinach which was really flavoursome! Excellent!!! I will go again!

We are regular visitors to Richmond Cote. The service is always friendly and the food is freshly prepared and good value for money. It is an excellent place to go before a theatre or cinema visit.

I really do not know how many reviews I am supposed to write about Cote Richmond. The fact that I go there at least once a week should be convincing enough. See you next week after which I presume you will be hounding me for my experience !!!!

Having visited Cote Restaurants across the country I have never been disappointed and the Richmond restaurant was a good as all the others. The menu was wide ranging but not overwhelming and the drinks came as always at a reasonable price.

Settled for the 2 course lunch menu today - great value at £11.50! Boeuf en Croute was lovely, as was the Ratatouille & Goat's Cheese starter.

Best meal we’ve had for ages and we just got back from a week in France! Friendly staff, great table, quick service and delicious food. What more could you ask for Surprisingly cheap as well....

Always a pleasant experience with good tasty food. Just a shame there was a disabled toilet right next to our table which meant a constant stream of people going in and out right next to where we were sat.

Went for brunch with friends, the atmosphere was good and staff were great but I had eggs benedict and then spent the rest of the day throwing up - never again!

Smashing waiter and food, at a reasonable price. I would quite like a warm or hot plate but appreciate not everyone does. Also I would have preferred no ice when it comes to fresh OJ.
