Côte Richmond

Not your best breakfast. Quality of food and service has deteriorated. Coffee wasn’t drinkable, smoked salmon didn’t come with lemon, toast didn’t taste fresh. Not your best effort, which is a shame as we used to love your breakfasts.

We enjoyed great food, a warm but bustling atmosphere and excellent service.

Lovely evening. Excellent food and wine - Fougasse is always good and my Fillet Steak was excellent. My wife had the Goats Cheese starter which she really enjoyed. We sat upstairs and it wasn’t too busy. The maitre d and serving staff were attentive and pleasant. We used the Eat Out to Help Out scheme which has been a really good way of helping people get back out into restaurants during this very difficult 5 months.

Very enjoyable evening good to be back at Côtes good service good food but don’t like restricted menu and having been to a few restaurants with 50% off dining Côtes tends to be more expensive than the rest of them because their dishes are expensive due to their restricted menu I would never pay that much normally for three people with NO discount so there’s something wrong somewhere

Great food & friendly service in Richmond this evening. Felt safe with social distancing & tables cleaned in between use. Steak followed by creme caramel - perfect!

Very happy to be back, makes life feel almost normal. Your salade niçoise as good as ever. I have to say fewer tables makes for a pleasanter dining experience and helps reduce the noise too. During lockdown we enjoyed your home delivery to keep spirits up, an excellent service. Thank you.

Very well organised regarding social distancing etc and efficient service

Lovely staff from the beginning, especially Monika who served us, she was very helpful polite and attentive. The service was excellent because waiting time was minimal. Lastly the food was very yummy food! We loved the calamari starter and prawn starter. Very tasteful food.

The restaurant felt very safe with all staff wearing visors and plenty of hand sanitiser. There was a mix up with our starters as 2 garlic breads were ordered but only 1 was available and so staff very kindly gave us 3 free bread baskets to make up for this error. The good was exceptional and so tasty - we had 3 courses each. Our puddings order wasn’t put through by mistake and so staff very kindly took all the puddings off our final bill. They reassured us and apologised 3 times for the mix up which was so kind. We hadn’t even really noticed that the puddings were late. We all received £10 off our meal due to the Eat Out to Help Out scheme as well as the puddings being taken off the bill and so it was an exceptionally cheap meal. The food was excellent - each of us was very impressed. It was very noisy in the restaurant but it was fully booked so that was too be expected. Thank you for an excellent experience.

Ciro was a great waiter and my kids loved it so much almost as much as me who had happy entertained and eating kids whilst I enjoyed my lovely steak!

I went to the Teddington Cote on Thursday for a birthday meal with my sone and another birthday meal in Richmond today with a friend. I love the food here and will always choose a Cote if there is one in the town I am visiting. I visited Farnahm last week but missed the opening. Love your chocolate mouse. X

Excellent and varied menu, delicious food, and welcoming helpful staff.

Food and service was excellent, great table spacing, i prefer the sitting upstairs as downstairs appears to be very busy.

Plenty of staff to cope with high demand, buzzy atmosphere (a bit too loud in fact!) and great food as always.

First outing arranged for friends to meet up after five months' solitary confinement - great lunch + happy group of friends post-lunch! Food was wonderful. Staff service was impeccable. Will definitely come again!

We are big fans of Cote and glad a few are open (Barnes next?). We sat in Givanni’s section and he was very good. Great bottle of wine, crab and Bretton Tomato starters were delicious, and the sirloins were cooked to perfection. Hats off the the Chef and Richmond team, once again you made a great night and I had an amazing birthday dinner. We will of course be back!

As usual Côte never fails its customers! Our first time returning to the Richmond branch since lockdown and it was perfect! What we loved mostly about the Côte is the consistency. As a customer this is so important, whenever we went to this chain in UK is always great and never a disappointment. Just shows that with commitment, training and vision everything is achievable. Well done team and good luck with the reopening!!

Thoughtful, caring staff. Tables very well placed, and I did not feel in any way anxious about eating out. Toilets were spotless and having sanitizer outside entrance so one could use on entering and exiting, a great idea. Felt reassured having the staff in visors, and they were very welcoming.

I am extremely grateful to all your staff at the Richmond branch. We were celebrating our friend getting engaged and they welcomed and embraced the celebrations, allowing us balloons and confetti on the table and also offering us a drink on the house to toast her news. Great service, so friendly and overall a really lovely evening. So glad we picked there to celebrate!

Steak Frites and Creme Caramel, the best I know. So nice to be back and the governement paid £20 towards it. One of my favourite eateries anywhere and has been sorely missed. Welcome back. See you again soon.

Always a great experience and all the staff are super friendly and very professional. Menu great and food tasty.

The meal was ok though we missed the the set menus. My chèvre chaud did not have enough goats cheese but hadtoo much lettuce. The gazpacho was ok. I thought the meal was poor value for money despite the Government £10 off. Staff were excellent and social distancing was good.
