Overall it was a thoroughly enjoyable meal. Just let down by a couple of things. 1. On arrival we were left by the entrance and ignored by staff for over 5 minutes. 2. A couple of the meals were not up to standard. The duck was tough, and the crab mayonnaise starter was distinctly short on crab.

As always Bath Cote is exceptional. The staff are wonderful and Maria is the most amazing Maitre. Food is consistent, beautifully presented, good and tastes delicious. A very nice place to visit.

Brilliant evening out, served by Maria who was absolutely fantastic. Food was greet as always and the atmosphere was very vibrant. Plus the blood orange cocktails as a February deal were awesome.

Food decidedly average. Moules over cooked, frites tasteless and that was just my good lady’s meal! The children enjoyed it however.

Love this place. Service is always friendly and plenty of food options. They honoured our table request without any problem. We prefer the upstairs seating area as its a bit brighter. Only problem we have is the noise level which can be a bit much for our hard of hearing parents.

My husband’s steak was very underdone. We were compensated with free desserts but it was still a great shame and spoilt what, otherwise, would have been a good experience.

We were greeted by an unfriendly welcome from man upstairs! with i-pad ....shame no smile and a little bit looking down! we nearly didn't stay but Im glad we did, we then got severed by a lovely young lady I have taken away one star because of his unfortunate manner. Food was great too.

When you order a side of peas, a serving spoon would be nice. I could only tip them onto my plate and there was a lot of liquid in the serving dish that then saturated the rest of the meal. Fillet steak beautiful as always so it was a shame about the pea fiasco.

Quick breakfast for the family on a Sunday morning. Their all in menu complete is very reasonably priced and the food is tasty and hot. The Bath restaurant is quite big, so generally there is space, even this morning when the Bath half is on. The menu has a good variety of breakfast options so pleases everyone.

As usual we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at Cote Bath today.The food is always GOOD, excellent choices,well presented and sensible quantities.Cote has a pleasant atmosphere,busy but not frenetic,helpful friendly staff and quite reasonable bill when sought. Bath has many good restaurants but we always enjoy Cote and will be back.

Lovely setting, attentive service good food, well priced. Haddock main would have been much improved with a drizzle of sauce. Pea purée was excellent but the fish lack seasoning and flavour. Other starters, mains and puds tasted good

Lunch was brilliant from the glorious endive and Roquefort starter to the sumptuous coupe noire. A very nice gin and sparkling wine cocktail set the meal off on the right note.

The food and service were very good but both tables we were offered for 2 were cramped and poorly positioned. The Veal was as always delicious.

We had dinner last night, the food was outstanding! Great wine, great atmosphere, our table was at 7.30 and it was busy! But staff were attentive, minor issue with booking, had booked online for 3 people and then called up to add another person, we arrived and the table was booked for 1 person! But managed to get us in! Defo be going back!

Good food and service although a little understaffed at busy time so the wait initially to be served was too long. A bit low on dishes we wanted to order which was a shame.

I would like to thank all the staff at Cote for making my Hen Party at the restaurant on the evening of Saturday 7 March the most wonderful occasion. The food was amazing and the staff were incredible and looked after us all so well. Also at very short notice the restaurant were able to accommodate a larger party than I had originally booked for and I can’t thank them enough for doing this. I absolutely love Cote in Bath and have been going there for years so it was a natural choice for me for my Hen Party and more than lived up to my expectations, thank you so much, Rachael

food and location very good .service was hectic staff trying too hard to speed up service spoilt the experience with main course arriving when we were still eating starters best to avoid peak times.
