Fantastic food. Steak to die for. Lovely staff and interior. Food did match that if the south coast of France. Thank you, open more restaurants, preferably in the south please!

Lovely food, great service, the only criticism would be that some of the food wasn't hot although still very tasty. There was a delay being offered drinks before food orders were taken but that said it was busy. We all had a lovely experience and it certainly wont put us off coming back again.

Booked for my birthday and got a poor table inside!

Food was amazing and staff friendly and very efficient, we had the May offer of a complimentary rhubarb and gin cocktail (lovely) can’t wait to go back. We loved our date night at Cote

Excellent food and good service made for a lovely hassle free leisurely family lunch. One of Bath’s better dining experiences which often promise much yet disappoint. Recommended.

Restaurant was quiet as we opted for an early dinner. Staff were very attentive, the food was good and represented excellent value for money.

A lovely lunch in Bath with an old friend. The butternut squash soup was delicious and plentiful. The ‘steak frites’ was tasty. The chips were a little undercooked but nothing major.

Cote is one of our go to restaurants in Bath as we find it consistently good. Our previous visit was with friends who have never been to Cote and unfortunately the meal was cut short by drain issues resulting in the restaurant having to close for the evening. We received a quite generous voucher as an apology and so returned with our friends and had a very enjoyable evening with no issues at all. Always recommend.

As always Bath Cote is exceptional. The staff are wonderful and Maria is the most amazing Maitre. Food is consistent, beautifully presented, good and tastes delicious. A very nice place to visit.

We wanted a fairly rapid early evening meal before going to a concert. We therefore only had time for one course, but the staff were all friendly and efficient. We finished with time to spare - and the food was delicious! The restaurant was fairly full, which gave it a buzzy atmosphere - I think there's nothing worse than eating in a half empty restaurant.

Food decidedly average. Moules over cooked, frites tasteless and that was just my good lady’s meal! The children enjoyed it however.

Love this place. Service is always friendly and plenty of food options. They honoured our table request without any problem. We prefer the upstairs seating area as its a bit brighter. Only problem we have is the noise level which can be a bit much for our hard of hearing parents.

Good food but staff inattentive despite virtually the restaurant being virtually empty. 12.5% service charge was not deserved although we paid it. Manager should be more alert to customers

We took my parents (in their 80s) for an evening meal. Unfortunately there was a big group in and we found it hard to chat. My mother wears a hearing aid and she needed to remove it. The food and service were fine, but I'd be wary of going back if I'm after a conversational meal.

A regular customer of the Cote chain, this is the 3rd time I've eaten at the Bath restaurant. I ate from the 2 course menu £15, choosing the steak option for an additional £2. The food arrived promptly and was piping hot. I ordered the frozen berries with chocolate sauce for dessert, literally what I got! A few berries straight from the freezer with a pot of chocolate sauce on the side. No effort made to present it in an appetising way, this could only have cost a few pence to prepare. I was rather disappointed, will definitely steer clear in the future! Staff were friendly and attentive without being overly so.

I brought my Mum here for Mothers Day on a recommendation from a friend. She had said the food was really good and she was spot on. We had decided to share a starter of crab mayo, which was delicious and plenty for the both of us. Mum had the roasted pork belly for main whilst I had Pan fried duck breast. The pork belly was delicious and didn't stint on the crackling, it could have done with being on some kind of trivet in the oven though as the bottom was very tough. The duck was also delicious but the menu did make a point to note that it was served pink, it may have been pink when it was plated but as we had to wait for quite a long time for our mains to come out (2 other parties that arrived after us were well tucking into their main courses while we were still waiting for ours) I suspect it may have been left under the warming lamps for too long. I have to say though, it was still delicious if slightly tough and our server was very apologetic that we had too wait. We decided to share a dessert and chose chocolate fondant as it is something Mum had never had .... I didn't get a look in, it was very good. All in all Cote Brasserie was worth the visit and I would definitely go again but would avoid 'the invisible table' lol. One thing I also feel might be worth a mention, although it didn't bother me particularly as I was going to leave a tip anyway, the gratuity is added into the total amount when the bill is brought to you and you have to ask them to remove it if you don't want to pay it. As I said, not a problem for me but it might offend some.

As always the food was excellent. We had scrambled egg and smoked salmon sprinkled with chives. Delicious. The service was up to usual standard - nicely attentive without being intrusive. The weather was georgeous and we sat beside the open window looking out over the spire of the nearby church. A wonderful start to our day in Bath. Thank you.

As usual we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at Cote Bath today.The food is always GOOD, excellent choices,well presented and sensible quantities.Cote has a pleasant atmosphere,busy but not frenetic,helpful friendly staff and quite reasonable bill when sought. Bath has many good restaurants but we always enjoy Cote and will be back.

A warm welcome, attentive service, lovely ambience and beautiful food, a great experience.

Atmosphere was really good, staff generally quick and friendly however food was pretty average and my girlfriend's steak was so stringy it was to tough to eat. Would probably try again but maybe at a smaller more intimate restaurant

Food very tasty but portions slightly on small side. Service friendly and helpful, without being in your face. Lovely table by the window. Good atmosphere. "Optional" 12.5% tip was already added to bill, I prefer to decide my own tip without having to get the bill changed.

Great meal and great service. We were very well looked after and really enjoyed our evening. Quality of iOS and service was very good. Will come again
