It was my partners birthday and we received a complimentary glass of fizz which was a lovely gesture . The food and service were both equally as good . Shame we couldn’t sit outside but it was raining, however will be sure to visit you again.

First day back, a little disorganised but mainly good experience.

Always have a great experience at Cote. I think it was their first night open since Covid and it appears that there was a few teething issues. We ordered some bread that never arrived but none the less the food (steaks) were amazing.

Hurrah, Cote has reopened in Bath and all is good. Same good food, same good service, good location.

The restaurant was great especially as the news of restaurant closures for the virus came through whilst we were there but the staff were still amazing although they must be been really worried.

Excellent menu, delicious food. As always, attentive and friendly staff. We requested a table near the window for an elderly guest with poor eyesight, and nothing was too much trouble.

The Cote lived up to expectations, good food, good service, nice ambience and reasonable prices.

Main meals were excellent however neither the olives & bread or the starters were up to the same standards unfortunately.... also staff rushed meals out so not really giving us time to finish before next course was brought out. Also difficult to have conversation properly due to be seated in very close proximity to the serving area.

Excellent lunch enjoyed by all in our party, we will definitely return!

Delicious food and excellent, friendly service. I usually order the steak frites as I like the way it’s served (the steak is nice and thin) but tonight I went for the lamb rump - perfectly cooked to order, with a good variety of roast vegetables. I may have found a new favourite!

My Chicken Parminter had been sitting in the oven for too long and had caught on the bottom a little and had made it too hot, otherwise very nice.

A very pleasant evening although too busy to get a really personal service; the staff were a bit distracted. Nonetheless they were very professional and courteous.

This is a brilliant restaurant in the heart of Bath. There is an excellent choice of meals and drinks all sensibly priced and beautifully presented by friendly courteous staff. If you want a reassuringly good breakfast, dinner or lunch with definite French finesse you will not be disappointed.

When you order a side of peas, a serving spoon would be nice. I could only tip them onto my plate and there was a lot of liquid in the serving dish that then saturated the rest of the meal. Fillet steak beautiful as always so it was a shame about the pea fiasco.

The staff were helpful when we needed anything. The setting was romantic. Our meals were very well cooked, although I had to ask for my tuna Nicoise to be cooked more as I don't like it pink. My daughter's crepe was delicious but a bit too cheesy. She should've ordered a side salad. My son's minute steak had a few chewy bits in it. I disagree with the automatically added 12.5% gratuity, especially as it wasn't highlighted on the bill. I would have given the staff an optional 10% tip. Overall, I'd definitely go again!
