Lovely food and really courteous and attentive staff. Perfect combination

Warm welcome. Clean and well spaced tables. Staff all wearing face coverings. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. This was my third visit. I had treated a friend to lunch and she loved it too. Can’t wait for reopening after lockdown.

Lovely pre lockdown (Nov) lunch. Great food and atmosphere and subtle covid compliance means it’s not too differ t from the norm thus still making dining there a pleasurable experience as always. Will be back after lockdown but in meantime will take advantage of the £10 off voucher presented with the bill for Côte at Home orders.

Cote always manage to retain an excellent level despite being a chain, when standards can sometimes drop.

Great Breakfast full english good value for money,as is all the food at Cote,helpfull and friendly staff.

On arrival the bench seating had crumbs on , and I received a dirty plate ! standards have dropped

The service, from entering the restaurant, was fantastic. All staff were friendly, especially our waitress (unfortunately I don't know her name). It was our anniversary and we received complimentary prosecco which was a really nice touch. The food arrived in good time and was really nice (compliments to the chefs) - we both ordered calamari and streak frites (would definitely recommend). We also felt comfortably safe given the news COVID requirements and wish to return once you reopen are the lockdown.

I thoroughly enjoy coming for a grown up meal here. Food always excellent and service even better.

One glitch. Had to return French onion soup.It was served lukewarm. It was corrected with apology. Everything else was fine.

Was a lovely starter. We both had steak and you could tell they were rushed as the food came out blue/rare instead of medium rare like we asked for.

We enjoyed the wuile experience. The food the service was all excellent. Your October special Haddock was delicious cooked perfect.

Good food. Service could be a little more attentive maybe, after all there is a 12.5% service charge. Why does it take two to serve meals?

Everything was perfect. Service drinks starters atmosphere etc. Sadly my husbands steak was very tough and fatty and sinewy which is unusual for a sirloin. He struggled through it as we didn’t want to delay the meal. I mentioned it to waiter at the end and instantly the manager appeared apologising profusely She saw that it was not good and took the steak off the bill. I was very grateful and would def go back again

We visited one of the locations in London earlier this year and we were excited to see there was a location in Canterbury since we were visiting over the weekend. My two biggest complaints about dinning in London/UK, is cold food and poor service. Our food was delivered hot and was excellent! And we had really good service. The restaurant was busy when we arrived and the manager took our drink order before the server came to the table. The server also checked on us during our meal.

Fabulous! We had such a super evening at Cote in Canterbury on a Friday night. There were six of us and we all enjoyed our food...starters, mains and desserts. Service was excellent and staff very friendly. Thank you Cote.

The food was great and the service fantastic. The waiter made the lunch a very pleasing experience. The lunch was a birthday treat and the attentiveness of the staff made it all the more special. Well done Canterbury Cote!

Bit of a delay to get in and get seated but apology was made. Pleasant waiting staff and good food. I like to go to Cote once a month, in fact this month I have been 3 times.

Great meal been there several times and not had a bad meal yet. We will be back very soon. 😊

First class restaurant with superb service in the centre of this ancient city. The staff are very well trained. The only problem is with the toilets - do not drink a lot and then hope to skip to the loos. The normal ones are a challenging two floors up some very steep stairs and there is another toilet for the disabled on the ground floor. This is the one to use - if you can get into it !

We were made welcome & shown swiftly to our table. Service was friendly & efficient. Felt safe in the environment and enjoyed all aspects of our meal.

I have to admit is was one of the best meals we have ever had. Although we eat in Canterbury quite often, we had bever been here before, but will go again soon. The calamari and fillet steak were just superb and the service was very good too. Yes, Thoroughly recommended.

Very good lunch and good value despite the fact that, on the assumption I’m correct, lunch was a la carte, so less good value than was the case pre COVID. The menu is clearly French inspired, but I’d much prefer an option of “proper chips” rather than French fries which firstly are not especially French and, secondly , are even less healthy than the larger version.

Excellent food and service - kids loves their meals and managed to eat everything up! Only complaint was feeling too full after lunch!
