Service was excellent, food was brilliant...will definitely be back! Booked online...so easy to do. Would highly recommend for pre-theatre dinner albeit a little on the expensive side.

This is the third week running that we’ve been to Côte at Canterbury and it didn’t disappoint. Once again, very friendly, attentive staff and really enjoyable food. Absolutely no complaints. First class.

Excellent food. Very good value for money. Pleasant staff and quick service. We will go again. We use Cote whenever there is one available when we are going to the theatre or shopping.

Too notch food, best place for high quality great tasting food. Really good service and great atmosphere. We had the duck and the swordfish dishes and can’t fault them. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I encouraged my friends to go for lunch here as I had tecently visited and the fiood and service was excellent. However two if my friends ordered the seafood linguine and said that there was a strong aroma which “put them off”. I tried to tell them to speak to a member of staff but they felt as I had booked it they did not want to make a fuss. A shame I think. Service was as always excellent even though tit was very busy and everyone enjoyed their starters very much.

Really delicious food with excellent, patient and kind service. The set menu was great value for money, lots of choice and the environment was lovely and cosy.

As always (I have visited Canterbury Cote Brasserie a number of times now for lunch), the food was excellent with a good choice of menu, and prompt and efficient service. I always find the staff very welcoming and friendly.

As always excellent food served and really good value. Lovely location in Canterbury with a wonderful opportunity to eat al fresco in a well appointed outside seating area. What really stands out at this restaurant is the excellent customer service. They have a very warm Welcome and an excellent team of waiting staff. Would highly recommend

We reserved a table in celebration of a wedding ceremony today and the service was perfect! We were able to drop off a cake etc early and the staff were all fantastic!

Very helpful pleasant staff who offered excellent service. We’ve been here many times and never been unhappy. The food is very good and tasty. Will return again shortly. Can get busy, so wise to book.

Excellent meal in very relaxed and may I say professional environment. A little bit of France has been distilled into the fine city that is Canterbury. All of our food was first rate as was the service.

Excellent meal at Cote last night. All of our food was delicious. The service was also great. We enjoyed free Kir Royals as it was my birthday which was lovely! Csnt wait to visit again to try some other things on the menu.

Very pleasant evening as we have come to expect from Canterbury Cote. In my view Cote provide reasonably priced good food with excellent and timely service. Last nigh we had an Attentive and friendly waitress and very good food. Thank you. David

Ambience, food and service really good as always. It would be nice if the lunch menu got changed more often and the dishes had more vegetables with them

Very enjoyable. Food always good and attentive service. Sadly too full after a starter and main to enjoy dessert! We will be back on a regular basis even though we are a 45 minute drive away.

Very nice meal, and prompt service. Staff always friendly and pleasant. Only problem was being at end of restaurant next to disabled toilet, with a queue and people having trouble opening door...so rather noisy and not very private!

Lovely meal, lovely waitress who was very attentive & recommended a lovely wine. She also arranged a birthday surprise. Attempted to make an Irish coffee with sucess. My steak wasnt cooked great a d I’m normally the first to complain but I let it go as We was having a lovely time. Our waitress made a pleasant evening into a fab one and she didn’t even know it, she understands great service and is a real asset to you Cote.

I always love Cote. It's very good value for money and the service is good. It wasn't so great on this occasion though... It was lunch time, and the restaurant was very busy so the staff were run off their feet. As usual they were friendly and helpful, but service was quite slow. I noticed that kitchen staff brought out our food on trays - but had to wait for waiting staff to serve it to us. Because it was so busy, they had to wait a while - so the food wasn't as hot as it could be. We ordered spinach with our meals which was forgotten and we had to wait quite a while between courses. The food was good quality as usual, the staff were professional and doing their best, but I think perhaps there should have been more staff on, or that kitchen staff should have just served us rather than waiting for the front of house staff. I will come back, because I think it was probably a glitch. I sincerely hope so.

As always, beautifully prepared food, fresh tasting and served by friendly and efficient staff. There’s always a warm welcome, choice of tables and relaxed atmosphere . Fabulous service

I am a regular at Côte both in Canterbury and Bath. Today was not a good experience. I brought a couple of friends. The service was not very good and I did speak to the duty manager. However I was also disappointed with the food. I thought the sea bream was dry and the accompanying vegetables uninspired. I did not finish my meal. My guest asked for a flat white coffee and was disappointed to receive a cup full of froth. Sad - it was always my favourite town restaurant to meet friends but I will be looking elsewhere.

A Saturday evening booked for 7pm. We arrived on time and were offered a choice of tables so we opted for the one set for three persons even though we were only two as it’s nice to have a little extra space for the wine etc. We ate three courses all of which were in our opinion delicious. The restaurant was very busy yet the food arrived at nice intervals not too quick and not too slow. Service was very polite and efficient. We had a thoroughly nice experience and will return.

We enjoyed our visit last week we thought we would come again. Once again, very friendly staff and the food again was very good. Won’t be very long before we come back. I’ve always thought the menu was very good, with plenty to choose from. Very enjoyable lunch.

We came for Mother's Day and we had a wonderful meal. My mum was over the moon. The service was great, the food was great choose well. Thank you

Service excellent but the ribeye wasn't great. Cooked OK but not a good piece of meat IMHO.

Enjoyed our meal, felt our prawn starters should include crusty bread as norm,not to buy at extra cost.would recommend and go again. Our grandson visiting from Australia with his girlfriend,thought lamb exellent

The restaurant was clean and well kept, the staff were well presented and pleasant. It was my first visit to this restaurant and once our order had been placed we didn't have to wait long. The waitress came to check that everything was ok with our meals after a few minutes which I'm happy to say it was .Our meals were delicious, well presented and hot which doesn't happen everywhere. All in all I was very happy with my meal and the service and will definitely be returning.

Excellent service. Friendly helpful staff. Ladies loo for our disabled friend was broken and she had to go next door. Not good but staff were helpful in getting things sorted.

Another excellent meal in our favourite restaurant thank you! Fantastic experience- delicious food, relaxing and elegant atmosphere- and superb staff- welcoming, friendly and professional! Francesca and Haimish looked after us today and they were fabulous!

Everything was good, Nice table, Good service and great food. The fillet steak and creme brulee is particularly good. The thought of creamed spinach may not sound so good but thats really nice as well. Many Thanks

Excellent food (as always) and very good value. My only little criticism is that it is noisy wherever you sit downstairs. As my guests were 88 & 89 respectively, I didn't want to haul them up the stairs. We'll be back soon!

Food was of a great quality and waitress (from Crete) was most excellent. Mother’s day so it was very busy but standards were as high as normal

Great service and food. Unfortunately there was a loud group on a table next to us but you can't criticise cote for that and to be fair they offered an alternative table at the outset. We just didn't realise why.... We will be going back

We have been to many cote restaurant and they are always excellent. Speed of service is exceptional which is brilliant. We can't fault them. Well done.

Always find the ambience, service and food top quality here. My only complaint is the huge amount of stairs to the toilets! Love the complimentary filtered water.

Service was excellent as was the food . We were celebrating significant birthdays and were given complementary glasses of prosecco which was lovely . Definitely going back again . Thank you

Beautiful service and delicious food... Coming to Cote has become a monthly treat, it's just such good value and it turns a simple Thursday night into something special.

Just love the food, the service everything about it and all the staff are so friendly and helpful, been back time after time and will continue to do so.

Excellent - three course lunch for three was delicious and fantastic value for money. Waiter was superb.

Food was great but not service also toilets were up 3 flights of stairs had taken 85 mother in law for a meal but she could not use the toilets!!

Had a lovely lunch with friends. As usual superb food and service. Staff are always on hand and we had a relaxing meal. We have still yet to find a restaurant in Canterbury which draws us back as much as Cotes.

The food and the service were excellent as always. This is by far the best restaurant in Canterbury.
