Good choice and good Covid dining experience which led to a busy lunchtime

We had a very pleasant lunch. The food was all delicious and the staff were all very welcoming and efficient.

Really tasty beef bourginion. ( I do miss the Toulouse Cassolet.

Absolutely loved the salmon ratatouille and the service was amazing.

I’ve already left a 5 star review on Trip advisor. Had a lovely birthday lunch and was made to feel so special by the team who even bought me some flowers!

Efficient and helpful booking when I made a reservation for a specific day and timing, plus requiring a certain table for four persons. Good today to see new and young Staff doing a good table service , as they learn the ropes of Waitering and Service. Will definitely come again. Thank you CB- Cobham

My husband and I had a lovely meal with great service, if only to critique one thing, far too hot inside and the air conditioning was never switched on! Given the current situation with Covid, it would have benefited from some fresh air.

As always, when we have visited Cote Cobham our experience has been good. Made welcome by a member of staff immediately on entry, attentive and courteous service by a smiling and friendly Moldovan waitress, and food very good. Not much of an atmosphere due to only a handful of customers because it was a late afternoon meal so only to be expected.

Really friendly staff, lovely surprise to receive some flowers for my birthday too! Huge gluten free menu choice!

Everything was fine EXCEPT from one of our two lunches, ie the steak frites. The steak was simply unchewable and the only way that I could eat some of it as I was hungry was to buy some bread and eat it together!! The manager heard of this and he was kind to delete the cost of the steak from the bill without me asking for it.

It was a welcome treat to return to eating out again and almost feeling we were pre lockdown once more. As usual Food and Service were excellent, and we hope to return soon.

Service always excellent as was social distancing and well maintained. So glad you are open once more. Will look forward to our next visit. Wish it was not quite so noisy but that is result if modern decor with no hard surfaces which is why I would normally book to sit at a side table. However, I had increased the booking from 2 to 4 so assume central table was already organised

We go to Cote on a regular basis, especially before lockdown and this was our second visit to the Cobham restaurant, since it reopened. The restaurant wasn’t too busy and we had a table not close to other diners, and the staff were their usual friendly selves. I had one of the new main courses- the lamb chops which were really good. Unfortunately my partner’s meal - minute steak- wasn’t great and ended up being returned. He had another brought out, but the steak was again too tough and for me didn’t taste quite right. The restaurant were apologetic about it and removed it from the bill.

The food was great however the service was a little lacklustre. Given the current climate we understand it’s not easy for waiting staff to serve as usual however the two who we had were rather sloppy or very new.

As usual great food & service. A credit for an over payment was dealt with over & beyond the call of duty! Full marks Côte Cobham team! 👍🏼

Pity specials were not included on menu. The smoked salmon was very salty and the prawn dish very garlicky. But other than that very satisfied. Pre dinner cocktails delicious

My wife and I enjoyed a really good meal, shame that the waiting staff were not more attentive. Our table was not cleared for quite some time after our main course, and several customers had to go over to serving staff to get attention. But overall we enjoyed our visit, the staff wore visors and generally seemed Covid aware in their actions, well done.

Fantastic all round experience as always. Great food, service and atmosphere. Five stars!

We went for brunch and as always it was delicious. Good quality food and very well prepared and cooked. The staff at Cobham are exceptional, always friendly and helpful. Keep it up, we will keep coming! Pamela Bebbington

excellent food, attentive staff and as usual a pleasant ambience

We were pleased to find the overall atmosphere and environment relatively unchanged. Softer-spoken staff were a little difficult to hear from beneath their visors and perhaps a little less relaxed than in the past - although this is quite understandable. Menu choice was good and all 4 of us were happy with our choices (although I found the beef bourguignon just a little “dry”). Creme caramel was just as we remembered it...delicious! Over all pleased to be back with you but would point out that in the past the pre-7pm fixed price menu had been a real incentive to visit you more regularly! JB

Amazing time, came for a friend’s birthday. Scott the manger was very attentive And friendly great choice of wine selection and The food was amazingly quick service. Would definitely come back.

Food was good, service was poor. Took 20 mins for our order to be taken but the food came fairly quickly.

I think that the kitchens were under considerable strain following the recent reopening......it was ages and ages until we got our main course....... however, we really enjoyed our outing, it was great to feel 'semi' normal... the staff were, as usual, friendly and happy and very welcoming.....well done everyone

We stopped off for a couple of glasses of rose at around 5.30pm and left at about 7pm. Everything about the isit was excellent, including the service, noise levels and, of course, the wine !

Our meal was to celebrate our "Anniversary Eve" and I had chosen Côte at Cobham because of previous experiences. The food was excellent and the menu typical of a good French restaurant - plenty of choice and a good range of classics! The manager offered us a celebration Kir Royale and ensured that we had a private booth. The service was friendly and efficient. In particular, the COVID equipment, layout and processes removed any anxiety and allowed us to relax. Simply - we'll be back!
