Thank goodness you are open. Missed you a lot in lock down. Brilliant lunch

Staff and food were amazing, we did however have to wait 40 mins for our food which was a little annoying. We were the first ones sat down at 12pm and other tables that arrived after us had had their starters and mains by the time our food came out. There was only 2 of us and we only ordered a main each.

Staff were super friendly as always and it was great to see Cote open again. Social distancing worked and the staff all had their visors on so we felt at ease, comfortable and looked after. Food was delicious too! We'll definitely be back again :)

It is great that Cote has really-opened. Understandably the restaurant was busy but the initial service was a little slow. We waited 15 minutes after being seated to be served.

I found the restaurant really noisy! Hard to understand what the waiters were saying with their face shields on. Food service a bit slow although that wasn’t really a problem. My mash was a bit cold though, but after waiting 45 minutes not bad enough to warrant sending it back and delay my meal further. Loved the comfortable seats, but as it’s a 25 mile drive for me I think I’ll choose a different branch in future.

Cote team very welcoming and great at explaining “red tape” and offers on. Starter came quickly. Had nearly an hour wait for main course. Staff apologetic. Green salad warm and limp and potatoes covered in pepper so was very spicy. Again staff apologetic. We weren’t in a hurry so wait wasn’t an issue and food problem dealt with. Love eating out at this particular Cote and don’t usually have issues so all good.

Menu could perhaps be refreshed. Portions appear to have been reduced ?

Great staff, food nice, music too loud. We were sitting near the door and when 6 people turned up early for their table they waited so close to ours. What happened to social distancing!!

Easy to book table for three. Felt safe given vivid. Have visited many times before covid. Was disappointed with my flat steak. Over cooked and rather chewy.

Food was very good and pleasant server but tables were too close together to be Covid secure. No difference to pre Covid. Some less than a metre apart. Other places are using every other table. I was surprised

Great location and lots of parking nearby if driving. Lovely warm and attentive service. And the food was very very nice indeed. I'll certainly revisit.

It was only the 2nd day the restaurant was open, after lock down. Amazing to see how smoothly it ran. Staff were polite and efficient. The food was as fabulous as always. Great to return - and the 50%off was a bonus.

Fabulous lobster frites at Cobham Cote! So happy that it’s reopened.

Pork belly was amazing, best we had in a long time. Puds creme caramel, and the crepe were fabulous. We will be back.

We had a really lovely time and we are so pleased to see Cobham Cote re-opened. The food and service was excellent but my daughter is vegan and there was no main course available. She compromised with a chicken and walnut salad without the chicken and dressing. The staff were very kind to find some balsamic vinegar to spice it up. Please consider offering a vegan option. It is becoming such a popular choice.

Was lovely, thoroughly enjoyed my evening brilliant first day back at the opening for cotè. All staff we very aware of social distancing but still made the evening pleasant and comfortable. Food was exceptionally delightful. Just hope the breakfast will return soon!

Absolutely outstanding !! First day back in business after lockdown and it was like you'd never been away. In fact, given the newly refreshed menu we actually all walked away saying it was even better then before. Service was impeccable, food was AMAZING and great atmosphere notwithstanding the obvious safeguards that had been put in place. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening.

Had a good lunch time meal for my wife’s and mine anniversary. Service and staff were excellent. My steak was over cooked, but with no hesitation it was changed and cooked to perfection second time around. As a good will gesture they removed it off the bill. Thank you for a pleasant experience. For a chain, the food is really consistently good and more often than not a staff member goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome and valued.

Reasonably nice mothers day brunch and was pretty good value, but poached eggs were cold. Think they needed to be reheated a bit longer! Not the best Côte I've been to.

Meals were enjoyable and restaurant spacious and attractive. It could have been made a little more special with a slightly more personalable and friendly service. I appreciate the restaurant was busy but a warm smile costs nothing and a little engagement with your clientelle goes a long way. Great to see a vegetarian menu.

Always a warm welcome and great staff, consistantly high quality, and great friendly service. Feels like visiting old friends.

Whilst the environment and service were much as usual (if a bit slower) the steak was so under cooked and cold, I sent it back. The second steak was also more under cooked than I ever remember. What a shame. Somehow the Cobham experience is falling below par.

Excellent service. Listened to my allergies recommending meals available. Good atmosphere without being too noisy! Delicious food as it always is. A great way to celebrate our wedding anniversary!

Our meal was good, and the service excellent, as usual, however, our lunch was disturbed by the fire alarm going off. This lasted for about three minutes, and then it sounded intermittently for about fifteen minutes. We regarded this as a nuisance, but accepted that these things happen. We were rather surprised, however, that nobody came over to apologise for this inconvenience. Worth noting for the future!!!!

Delicious meal, and good service from our male and female servers as well as warm personalised welcome from the new Duty Manager. That’s why we keep coming back to Cote. Thank you

Great service and good selection of options available for a mixed party of 6. Great option for an Easter Sunday family lunch which was enjoyed by all.

Lovely breakfast, plentiful, wonderful rich coffee and good quality produce. Good service and the coffee and food arrived nice and hot. A pleasant non rushed start to a Sunday.

We had a wonderful meal with you and the staff were great and very helpful. The service was a bit slow but understandable on a very busy day like today. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and my wife who is very discerning about her steaks, thoroughly enjoyed her fillet. The kids loved their food too! Thanks again and hope to be back again soon.

Although not busy when we went in everyone was polite and the order for breakfast taken quickly. The tea arrived straight away, the apple juice we asked for after 25mins and it took over 30mins for English breakfast. Maybe you had several new staff that dy..

I asked for a quiet table and it was. The waitress was attentive but left us to chat which was excellent as we hadn't seen my aunt & uncle for ages

The food was very good but the lamb chops with the peas was lukewarm , it still tasted very nice
